Catch up

Haven't posted in a while, just got busy and tired and well, didn't get it done. Lots has been going on though.

Morgan turned 5 years old! MY BABY is already 5 years old. Where the heck has the time gone? Seriously. I'm glad that she's happy, healthy and excited about life but I miss my baby. It's kind of bitter sweet seeing my kiddos grow up. Morgan was really excited about her birthday party because her cousins (Brittany, Bethany & Brett) were coming along with her Grandma & Grandpa were also going to be here.

The kids had an absolute blast together. We didn't get the playset in time as it was raining but that's okay. Eric & Scott took the kids to swim at Patterson Park in M'boro. They seemed to have a great time.

The Cardinals also won so that was great.

Morgan had a Polly Pocket party and it was fun. Gerald & Joyce came along with Jeff, Rachel and Madelyn. It was a regular Knipmeyer family reuinion. While it's stressful to have that many people in your house, it was fun and the kids enjoyed it.

Since then, not much has gone on I guess. The playset got put in and the kids enjoy playing on that one. We had the Fall Festival at church. Owen got 2 more teeth and just this weekend he took 2 steps. My baby is turning into a TODDLER!

And that leads me to one area that I've really struggled with - NO MORE BABIES. Honestly, it makes me really sad and I'd really like to have another baby. WHAT? Am I crazy? Seriously - am I crazy? I guess partially. I enjoy being pregnant (after the first 10-15 weeks) and I like childbirth (yes, even though it hurts LIKE CRAZY) and I LOVE the newborn stage and the idea of never going through that again makes me really, really sad. Oh well. What's done is done and what is - is. I just need to try and enjoy every moment that I have as they grow up.

Well, it's late and I'm tired.
