We enjoyed a Magic Show that we set up for the Grandkids. Even the grown-ups were amazed at the tricks we saw! Mike, the Magician, even brought his pet kangaroo to thrill us! What a treat!
















We had fun splashing around at Cherry Hill's Water Park.












































Johnny and Marissa came to visit. It was great to see them!















Grampa took the girls to ride Montano, his neighbor's horse. It was a highlight of their trip!

Fun, Fun, Fun.

November 10th entered the TOSH which stands for The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital. I thought I would never survive the operation but I stayed two nights only and then it was off on my own. Well not really on my own, Max was my savior. I told him he missed his calling and should have been a male nurse. I have done wonderfully well except for a couple of things. One of those things was an infected tooth. It's hard to find a dentist over Thanksgiving week end but I whined loudly to my dentist John Stiener, and he said "yep that is an infected tooth. I said "pull it out" and he said "no, I don't pull teeth". So I had to find an Oral Surgeon but I got it done and it is doing fine. It's almost one month and I think I'm doing well. I have been getting cabin fever but today its snowing and I don't care if I go out. I hope you will add something to this blog, so I know your there somewhere. Love you, Gram

We've had a great year! Part two.

We went to stay with Cheryl in Washington for a week. We hung out at Kayak beach and enjoyed being with the family.We made our way down the coast, stopping at Cannon Beach,


Manzanita Beach, and...

We stayed with Virginia Sprague for a wonderful week at Little Whale Cove at her beach house. We saw whales every day and learned all about their habits. Virginia was a great hostess and we had a great week.
We are visiting with the Rutherfords in Arkansas . We went to Branson for a day and it was beautiful day to visit. It has a river walk and a fun train ride and plenty of shopping. We are flying back now to reality. But it has been a fun year so far.

We've had a great year! Part one.

We started to celebrate in February at Kari's house in Monterrey. We had Pam, Diane, Erin, Cheryl, and I fly to Kari's. What a wonderful few days together with my girls.
Our new Granddaughter's wedding shower at Erins house in South Jordan.
Our great granddaughters Drew and Paige Hadley's baptism June 6th in Kaysville.
Diane's family got to stay three weeks in June.
Jonathan and Marissa finally are married! We had a wonderful time with all our family there....
