Many didn't get the flame of the forest flower anyway, she said that she was disappointed about this and that. Say we're giving too many excuses.. but.. whatever la. Can't be bothered.
Something kinda funny happened during bio practical that day. It's funny to me but might not really be funny to others. Mdm Rafidah was giving out the razor blades, white tiles and hand lens and stuff to every bench. But i find her quite bo liao..
"Ok, number 1 from each bench come and get the hand lens."
a while later..
"Number 2 from each bench come and get the white tile and razor blade."
zz, the things are to small lor. Need 2 ppl meh? -.-" Sigh, sometimes i really wonder if she's thinking or not. But anyway, the funny thing..
Mdm Rafidah: The razor blades are already rusty so make sure u don't cut urself.
Ying Seng: Huh..? If cut already then how? -.-"
Ying Seng was playing with it earlier on and suddenly Su Wen screamed. I then realised that he had cut himself with the razor blade but it wasn't very major anyway.
Yesterday, Ms Ek gave us the geog maps to do some map work revision with us. Everyone was happily looking at the maps and answering the questions then suddenly Ms Ek screamed "Don't lean against the maps!! Get your hands off my maps!! The maps are the school's property and they are very precious ok?!"
Seriously, i think she's over reacting.
Then she scolded us again yesterday. She was saying why according to the seating arrangement, a girl shld be sitting by the window and why was Jun Lin by the windows instead..
"Why the seating arrangement shows that a girl shld be sitting by the window and Jun Lin is sitting there? The seating arrangement is there for u all to follow! If you all don't sit according to where u all are supposed to sit, i'll give u 100 demerit points. Yah what, 1 point 1 day and so i'll straight away give u 100 demerit points for 100 days lor! Just like the prefects, don't wear badges then i straight away give 200 demerit points for the whole year."
z.. z.. z.. -.-" Crappy.
Nothing really special happened today. Erm, maybe there was but i just can't remember. And MYE is starting tomorrow. Damn it.

I desperately need a flower!

Damn, can't find the freaking flame of the forest flower which my bio teacher needs for practical tomorrow. Crap, always asking us to do those weird stuff. Lots of ppl went all over the island looking for the flower and can't seem to find it. From what i know, Ding Zhou went to Bt Timah Hill, Yi Yang went to Bt Timah Hill and even climbed a tree, Adeline went to Bt Batok Nature Reserve and Fort Canning but found none. Instead she found it somewhere near the gateway building.
Woah, so much trouble..
But the problem is, i don't have the flower!!! |

School ended at 12.30pm today and took a cab home with Kheng May cos her mum's sponsoring the cab fare and because the weather is freaking hot.
Got onto this asshole's taxi, it was still fine at the beginning until when i was about to reach my stop. This was what happened..
MLTR: Eh, uncle go straight and u-turn and drop me at the bus stop at the other side.
(approaches a junction which isn't a u-turn but usually all drives turn there. the actual u-turn is in front by a little bit more)
Asshole: Turn here ah? Here cannot u-turn, infront then can leh.
(but he still u-turned at the "illegal" one in the end)
MLTR: Erm, usually all taxis turn here one lor.
Asshole: If turn here then later get caught how? I pay the fine or you pay the fine?
(he said it in quite an intimidating tone)
MLTR: Don't know.
Asshole: Don't know?..
Omg! Isn't that driver such an asshole. He could have turned at the legal u-turn if wanted too. By all means go turn there la! I also never ask him die die must turn at the earlier "illegal" one. Think we students then can talk to us in that tone la. As if we're not paying him. Damn. Hope he gets into an non-fatal accident soon. Fcuk him. |

Change and change and change non stop. Strength keeps changing. Nominal roll keeps changing. Always receiving information 1 by 1, so change liao, do nice nice liao then must change again. -.-" Contingent ppl change and change until now i don't know who the heck is in and who's not. zz. NCC is really a messy business.

What the hell?!

Shall do a quick update before i go study for the phy and e maths test tmr.
Got a shock of my life last night. Not really last night, was like about 1 to 2am plus i guess. Earlier yesterday night, about 10 plus, i was reading thru physics and suddenly felt that the radio volume became a little louder so i asked my bro..
MLTR: Eh, did u notice the volume becoming louder?
Bro: Eh, got meh? Don't have la.
So i didn't bother much and continue studying. Then went to sleep at about 12.30am+ after wishing Wanting happy birthday. Quite peaceful at first and i was so sound asleep but then when it came to about 2am plus (i think).. the radio became SO DAMN FREAKING LOUD all of a sudden!!! Some more it was Vivian Xu Ruo Xuan's Hen Hen Ai.. on Yes 933. Super duper loud!!
"SAY SAY SAY YOU LOVE ME, WU FA WU TIAN, HEN HEN AI!!!!!!!!"
What the hell?!?! Suddenly become SOOOOO LOUD?! Then my eldest bro, who was still using the com, rushed from his room into my room then went to reduce the volume. Omg, the volume number actually increased!! And this time, increased by A LOT! Either the hi-fi set is cursed or there's those things around. Ahhhh!!!
Then my eldest bro came into the room, my second bro who was outside in the living room playing xbox also came running in. That time i was still in a daze, i just turned over and look and said "What the hell?" then used a pillow to cover my head and went back to sleep.
But actually, i couldn't really sleep, was like imagining things. Omg, scary!
This morning, my bro was laughing and laughing non stop. -.-" |

It's been a while..

It's been quite some time since i last blogged. Been busy with lots of tests and stuff and of course, i'm kind of lazy to update.
Ms Ek was cranky again yesterday. Ahhh, forever one la. Usually for class tests, after the time is up we'll pass the papers in front right? Yea, some of the ppl did that after the SS class test and she suddenly screamed, "Don't touch ur friends paper. You will be said to be attempting to cheat!" Crap! Passing in front nia. SS leh! Copy sai? So kia si kam pui? Then she went on and on scolding the class again.
Then she tried to be funny. She wrote on the board "Prefects - badges (-200 pts) (200 days) (?)". Cos the prefects don't wear their badges. (But cabbage and i do wear our badges everyday) What rubbish? 200? Ridiculous lor. She's just trying to be funny. Argh, she's always coming up with weird things.
She scolded us for not sitting according to the new seating arrangement. Omg, pls lor. She was the one who wanted us to sit in the exam format for her freaking class tests. Of course we're not sitting according to the seating arrangement. Not sitting according to seating arrangement? Huh? Wth?
She told us that she don't expect such behaviour from 4A. The teachers had to discuss and to come up with the new seating arrangement because some were just too talkative. (I don't think she had a part in that discussion because she doesn't even care.) Yeah, then she went on saying that the teachers have other more important things to do such as to prepare us for the O level examinations. They shouldn't be bothering about all these trivial stuff. Since she said that, then why is she doing so? Oh god..
Then she also told us, "Mr Go told me to bring u all up to the hall for assembly at 12pm today. I'm not going to run down from 4C just to bring u all up. 4A do not need me to bring u all up. Unless it's 4Z then i'll have to come down and everybody hold hands and we'll walk up together. Ok! So i'll see u all at the hall at 12.02pm. I'll give u all 2 minutes to be up there."
Wah! H a h a. -.-"
Anyway, i don't think i'll do well for that test.
I'm missing Ms Chua being our form teacher so much. She still celebrates our birthdays and stuff, does her part as a form teacher in class matters, and cares for every single one of us. Ms Ek? zz.. She's like trying to shift away every responsibility that she has as a 4A form teacher. She always says that 4A should be matured enough to do all those simple stuff but she's really like washing her hands off EVERYTHING. I have a feeling that our whole class still regards Ms Chua as our form teacher.
Ahh, enough about all those unhappy stuff.
Something really funny happened in the chem lab today. Cabbage was filling the burette with the purple potassium manganate and the burette wasn't properly clipped so it leaked out. She was like thinking why the more she pours, the level still drops non-stop. Only after a while did she realise that there was a whole puddle of the puple thingy at the bottom. Woah, it was really a huge mess. =x Heard that many other people got that too. Lucky mine was fine.
Hmmm, not getting anything for speech day this year. Sigh. 5th in position last year. There went my scholarship too. Missed out on the last year of getting my scholarship. Damn! But anyway, there's nothing i can do too.
And shit. There's freaking NCC tomorrow. Can't wait to get my ass out of there. So many other CCAs have stopped for the sec4s. Guess we'll still have to wait quite a while before we can stop going for NCC. But as a consolation, i don't have to perform for the drums this speech day. Managed to escape from it. Seems like many other sec4 drummers are sick and tired of drumming too.

Life IS fragile..

Think i better blog about what i wanna blog about as mentioned in the previous entry.
Yeah, cabbage, life IS fragile (her latest blog entry title). One news clip moved me. Made me think about life. Made me treasure life and everything around me even more. You'll never know when you'll die..
Sometime during the previous week, i saw the news about the Singapore rescue team in Indonesia that managed to find one survivor of the recent earthquake after 2 to 3 days if i'm not wrong. The lady was carried out of the rubble, then laid on the ground and she shook the hands of the rescue workers and kept thanking them non stop for saving her life. She was speaking in malay. She also thanked god for still being alive. Then she started saying that her daughter, sisters, parents were all crushed by the walls and stuff and were all dead. I was truly saddened by that.
It makes me think how fortunate we are to be living in Singapore, to be free from major disasters, to have a good economy, to have peace in the country etc. Yet we all take these for granted. We complain too much for not having enough freedom, complain for the need to go to school, complain for not getting what we want, have unlimited wants, always hoping for more.. and the list goes on.. Think again, we are so much better off than hundreds, thousands, millions of other people out there who are suffering, whose lives are constantly in danger. True enough, kids nowadays are getting too pampered. We should all be contented with what we have. Contentment is happiness. |
