I really enjoyed watching this movie.

I must say

One of the really good ones.

The lead character Mia was so natural

The rest of the other actors were also brilliant

That being said, this movie Fish Tank was one of the saddest I've seen

They weren't trying to make you sad which was great, but the STORY of these poverty ridden people and their resulting dysfunction...

Ok here is the thing
I really really liked this movie.

It was entertaining.

It wasn't one of the best movies ever but it was good

The name of it is Flirting

I love Thandiwe Newton so that was a bonus.

Onto this..in reading production details I found out that Thandiwe says she was 16 and coerced into a relationship with the film's director (who was 39 at the time).

I thought this was horrible and nasty...

So then, I just didn't have the same feeling about the film after that.
Ugh...
