Pumpkin Patch with the Cousins!

Carden just loves being with his cousins! He especially loves all the hugs!
I love to hear Lois say "Marin, Carden so cute!" She has the cutest little voice!
I need to get it on film!
Carden and his Mommy!
Carden and his Daddy!
He loves playing with his Daddy's hair! It was so cute because he kept laughing while Justin had him on his shoulders!

I am so excited for my sister who is having IDENTICAL GIRL TWINS!!!
Isn't that sooooo exciting!? I knew identical girl twins and they were the nicest girls ever (Lauren and Nicole) and then I also taught dance to these identical twins named Emma and Shalae!

My First Halloween Party!

For the Halloween party I wore my little green Pea Pod costume! I looked sooo cute! I had trouble crawling around in it, but still managed to crawl my way around with some other fun kids in our ward! I went on this SCARY HUNTED house with my DADDY and I didn't even cry once! Then I played the games and got this really cool colorful bag that I ate to pieces! I then shot my first basket (my Daddy had to help me). Then I tossed a ring onto the stick (my Mommy helped me) and got TWO pieces of candy! It was so much fun!

Standing!

We went in the other morning to go get Carden out of his crib and found him standing! He is pulling up to everything. He is just so strong! I love to watch him crawl around and then pull himself up to see into his little toy box. Part of me doesn't want to teach dance, because I seriously have so much fun just staying here at home and playing with Carden. Carden also likes to bit him lower lip and it makes his cheeks pop out and it is so cute. Carden's favorite toys are his little changing mat, my yoga ball pump, and books!! He loves books!

CAR SEATS?

Any thoughts on what kind of convertible car seats are the best? For all you mothers out there, what are you using for your little babies?? Do you like it? What is the brand/line?
We are in need of switching from an infant seat to a convertible car seat but
don't know what brand, what is a good deal...etc?? Also what store should we
look at? Hmmm.

Our little baby is CRAWLING!

Carden has been getting up in the crawling position for awhile now. He always pushed his little pelvis up and then rocked with his upper body (showing great upper/lower body connection-got to love somatics!) But anyways he started taking little crawls on Saturday but then today at church during Sunday school we placed him down on the ground with a few toys spread out and he took off crawling! It was so cute. I couldn't believe it. He was crawling, rolling, almost hopping with both his knees forward as he reached for a toy! What can I say... he is just so coordinated! Forget laying around, he's got places to go! He is 6mo. and 1 week old, right on schedule to crawl.

General Conference

For any interested, GC is on Sat from 9am-11am and then from 1pm-3pm and then on Sun at the same times. (all times are Pacific). Click on this link to go to the Church's website...www.lds.org and click on "General Conference". You can watch via the Church's new "Move" media player which looks awesome. We watched a clip of the General Relief Society Broadcast and it looks HD on our iMac! Enjoy!

I am grateful for a living Prophet to "guide us in these latter-days". What a blessing it is to be able to hear from him, the 12 Apostles and our other church leaders. If only everyone knew what they were missing! I just think of all the people that watched the debates recently, or who will watch college football this weekend...imagine the power, spirit and refreshing peace they would feel just by listening to one session instead! Pass the word along! Moses wasn't just a prophet to Israelites. And Jesus didn't just come to try and save the Jews. He came to save all of us, and likewise inspires a Prophet to teach EVERYONE, not just the members of the church.
