My MIGHTY hunter!!!

Look what my MIGHTY hunter got! I am so happy for him. I am not going to lie... I am usually a bit relieved when he comes home empty handed. However, hearing the excitement in his voice and the look on his face was the BEST thing ever for me! I am so proud of my man! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

Morgan is also proud, she wanted a photo with it and was just thrilled. Karlee ran out to see it, once she got a peek she ran in the house as fast as she could. She wasn't very excited. She is my girly girl!

GO MITCH!

WiTch'S NiGHt oUt!!!

Witch's night out was fun this year!!! We had lots of new people, including my cute grandma! We had a blast as always. We ate at Johnny Carino's, YUM! Then on to Gardner Village for shopping and dancing. We even had pie at Village Inn after! GREAT NIGHT! Can't wait for next year!
Me and my Mom.

Mitch needed some attention! CUTE!

Pumpkin Pickin'

One of our favorite fall activities is to go to the pumpkin patch. The girls have been waiting so patiently for the hunts to be over so that we could go as a family to get our pumpkins. So we planned to go Friday night and pick the BEST pumpkins ever... 15 minutes before we were getting ready to go, our sweet neighbor, Manny came over and asked if we wanted some pumpkins that he grew. We went in his backyard and it was like our own private pumpkin patch! He had big huge ones... teeny tiny ones... green ones and orange ones. So we went over and got some. I thought this would be all we needed, but the girls hearts were set on going to Schmidt's Pumpkin Patch... so we went. We now have 12... yes 12 pumpkins!!! Some are just little guys, but we have a total of 12 pumpkins on our doorstep! Happy Halloween!

Soccer Star Morgan

Morgan started soccer this summer and loves it. She seems to be pretty good at it too! She scored her first goal in game 3. Mitch and I missed that game because we were at the temple. We are hoping to see another one soon. Until then we will be her greatest cheerleaders. GO MORGAN!

Disneyland 2011

We surprised the girls for their birthdays in June and took them to Disneyland. We didn't tell them we were going until it was time to get in the car and head to the airport. Morgan was so excited! Karlee was excited too, but she didn't know why she was. We stayed at the Paradise Pier which was amazing. The girls wore pins telling everyone that it was their birthday. It was crazy how good everyone was at telling them Happy Birthday. Even in the middle of the parade the princesses on the floats would do it. Definitely a highlight!

They girls loved the swimming pool at the hotel and probably would have been content if we just stayed there and never entered the park at all. We would be riding rides and they would ask when it was time to go swimming. So cute!

We love Disneyland and we love our girls. Happy 6th and 3rd birthdays!!!

So sad to be home! Had tons of fun!

Karlee is 3!!!

I should start off by saying that his little girl is the sweetest little girl a mom could ask for. She is always ready and willing to snuggle. She gives some of the best kisses and loves in the world! We are lucky to have this sweet spirit in our home for sure!
Karlee has been so excited to turn 3, she has been planning her birthday party for months, who was coming what kind of cake, who was bringing what present. If she got mad about something, she would say "Your are not coming to my birthday party". Little did she know that she would be in Disneyland at the same time as she planned her birthday party!
Karlee loves dressing up. She loves anything girly, curls in her hair, pink anything. We joke that she is the most sexist little girl ever, Mitch is told quite often that he can't do something because he is a boy. Who knew boys weren't allowed to dance or sing? Karlee has a special fascination with shoes. Only girl shoes... but she loves them all. It is hard to keep my shoes put away with her in the house.
Karlee wants to eat Mac and Cheese for breakfast lunch and dinner, she loves candy and milk of all colors. If we don't have pink milk she will request chocolate, if we don't have chocolate she will settle for white milk. I try to not by the other colors as much as possible.
We love this girl so much! Happy Birthday KARLEE!

-The Temple-

I got to attend this gorgeous place this week and witness a sealing of two people who are very special to me. The spirit was amazing there and I wanted to jot down my feelings before I forgot them. I love the feeling that I feel after attending the temple, the peace that the temple brings is so great.

I am grateful for the ordinances that take place there and for the covenants that are made. I am so happy to be an eternal family because of my belief of the ordinances of the temple. I can't imagine not being with my girls and my perfect husband for ever and ever. I am so blessed. I am so glad we have the atonement and that if we make a mistake we can repent and become whole again. I am happy that my girls love to see the temple and that at their young age, already want to make it inside someday.

I love the fact that I know I can be with the people who have passed again. I love that I know with all my heart I will see my Grandpa again and that he is watching over me. I know that his spirit was with us in the temple that day. I love the temple so much and I hope to be able to attend more often then I have in the past. What a wonderful privilege that I too often take advantage of to have so many temples so close to me.

Here is a flashback of Morgan when she was 3 years old.
