hahaz.. playing neopets now. love neopets! the games!!! yeah. i'm not exactly bored. just feel very hot.. hmm. global warming? whatever it is, it's hot.

butit s holiday! even if it is just a one-day holiday, it's better than nothing, right? i's nice to wake up with the sun rising in your eyes/ when sun is up/ when it's not dark.even though i like the coold feeling more than hptness, waking up early in the morning is kind of tourturous.

2,4 tomorrow. of course i'm going to fail. and the shuttle run and standing board jump too. confirmed fail.

don't think bad. but i like to prepare for the worse.

ah. holiday almost over.

Marine Explorer 5 - 7 Days For those aged 15 to 21
The course emulates life as a journey. Making the mark through the sea-based journey requires self-confidence and teamwork.

Participants in this unique marine course journey to different islands each day in either a sailing cutter, a kayak or an inflatable dinghy. Their sea-craft becomes their "home" for the duration of the course except when camping on the islands for the nights. The course demands planning, organisation and teamwork. Besides sea navigation skills, participants also learn camping and outdoor skills.

Outdoor Discovery 5 Days for those aged 15 to 17 (Centre-based programme)
A unique opportunity for students to experience the outdoors and explore their limits.

This course focuses on self-discovery and personal growth in a fun, supportive and challenging environment. Based on the principle of "Success Builds Confidence", participants are challenged through a series of height, land and sea activities. They learn many insights about themselves and acquire new skills. The course is available as a Residential or Mobile programme.

TACT Course 5 Days for those aged 15 to 18
Specifically designed for intact groups in schools and other educational institutions. This Think and Act Team (TACT) course highlights the importance of commitment and unity in achieving group goals.

The course explores the issues of the thinking and action components of teamwork. It aims to develop a common identity and commitment to the goals of the group. Individual and group challenges are introduced through a combination of ropes courses, raft-building and problem-solving activities. Based on the Experience-Discussion-Application model, participants share their experiences, review their achievements and failures and correlate lessons learnt to their organisations. The course culminates in a final land or sea expedition.
