well, ive learnt dat :
1g of proteins= 4 calories
1g of carb=4 calories
1g of fats=9 calories!
i found dis site, http://www.theloseweightdiet.com/ which i think is useful. harhar. told u im obsessed. yar n well, i found dat i need abt 2600 calories a day. n to lose wt, i need to lessen my calories intake by abt 500 calories and exercise! iLOVE. :)
so yes. i feel fresher n more energetic now! n ive lost 3kg so far! hip hip horray! weee~ i dont intend to be stick think so dun worry aye. n i found a new passion- trekking!! ooooh. my 1st ever intensive trek was gunung ledang, tu pun sikit jek.haha. den comes mersing! i lyk.. steep. scary. i literally had to grab de branches next to me as we hike up. juz a couple of days ago was mt jantan at karimun! woo. dat was really a challenge. it felt 4ver man. tu pun half-trek jek. trekking's great! i sweat buckets. totally drenched. :)

my aunts are worried abt my eating habit. saying dat a rabbit eats more den me. LOL. dat is so not true. i still eat hokay. coz i haf dis relative of mine hu was once really round n chubby. n after half a yr or so, she super thin n lanky can. she turned anorexic n was admitted into de hospital. now dat's bad.
