Praise the Lord, who is my rock.
He trains my hand for war and gives my fingers skill for battle.
Psalm 144 : 1
Yo, people! I find my header today VERY fitting.
HELLO WORLD, ARE YOU LISTENING? Or am I blogging to the wall? =_=
This post is gonna be filled with pictures from past events to summarise everything I did not blog about. :) [I reduced the size of the photos because otherwise it would take forever to upload.]
UBS FAREWELL PARTY 2009
21.08.2009
In a nutshell, I think the party was eventful enough. We got to eat, play, scream and laugh our butts off at silly happenings. And oh, did I mention EAT already? Did I mention we got to eat PAPPADOMS? Hahahhaa, yeaaahh, it's our tradition every year! We MUST obsess over the pappadoms at every UBS Farewell Party! Sad to say, this is our last year we get to. ;( Okay, photos do da talking!
It was not my lame idea to pose with the yellow itinerary handouts. ;D
UBS's ohanaaaa! Spot Mummy Pn Song. =D
Mummy Puan Song handing over certs to her graduating UBS-daughter, ME!
Eh, I didn't know my hair looks like that from the back! XD
PAPPADOMS! MUAHAHAHAA.
Note to everyone : This bag of pappadoms was FULL when the caterers brought it to the party...
[yes, we did that and I'm proud to say so!]
Yesshhh, pappaaaaadomsss.
I don't remember how we got these sticks... But I do remember Mel accidentally getting hit on the forehead by her stick 'cause someone pushed her. WHO WAS IT AH? Kye Li, you ahhh?? HAHA.
Okay, I'll admit this was partially my unlame idea. But it's funny!
HAHA, this was the photo I looked like a sakai in! My pose laaa. Not anything else.
Nooooo, the pappadomsss! They're goneeeeeeeee!
Games time! Cheng Ken was head of games. He got ALL of us to get on that tiny piece of cloth and told us we had to turn it over while ALL of us were still on top of it. Oh yes, I remember the lot of us screaming at him as though he were crazy. The guys chose to sit this one out though.
I'm sure you can see why now. LOL.
Yesh, spot me in the human sardine tin. [clue : find my hair, find me. =D]
Yeah, our efforts were futile. The cloth was actually folded into two and cellotaped together. So Afzy and I even tried to TEAR the cellotape apart so we could spread out the cloth... only to be yelled at by Cheng Ken. HAHAH.
"NO NO NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT! NO NO NOOOO!"
"WHY NOT? YOU NEVER SAY ALSO HMPH!"
"NOOOOO NOW I SAY LAAAA!"
"=_________="
Hahahha. All in all, fun la.
Lesson of the day : Never stand near Cheng Ken when he's dancing. The image of him doing that shoulder dance thingy is thing vivid in my head. =s HAHA.
DINNER AT MARCHE, THE CURVE.
29.08.2009
Dad made a reservation at Marche at The Curve the Saturday before Ee Von left for Glasgow. Marche is the French word for "market" by the way. So, the whole set up of the restaurant looked like a market. Pretty darn cool and I wasn't just being jakun okay. See why.

HAH I TOLD YOU SO. The whole place looked exactly like a Western market of some sort. Reminded me of Australia for some strange reason despite the word Marche being French.
Lesson learnt : Marche has the most wonderful, awesomest, fattening Carbonara sauce everrr. Had it with mushrooms lagi. =D
And the Curve is so darn pretty at night!
[yes, it was my first time there..... SHUSH I TELL YOU.]

=3
Whooooppsss, how did this get here? XD
30.08.2009
We saw a rare kingfisher-like bird in our garden in our house in the middle of KL. Yes, KL. Not something you see everyday. ;D
"LAST DAY" OF TRIALS/MERDEKA CELEBRATION
17.09.2009
Notice how the last day words are in inverted commas. That's cause today's sudden school holiday postponed our EST exam. Bleh. And it was Medeka celebration day which was extremely dull and boring. Accounts was bad by the way. Did not balance my rekod tak lengkap. ;( I'll be glad if I even get an A1 this time around. Panic for SPM's starting to kick in. Hard.
Yeah, after debating with ourselves for soooo long, we finally decided to just be syok sendiri and change into the traditional clothes we brought along. Hahaha.
I told you, it was boring.
Yukiiiii, nahhhh, photo you wanted. =D
The photo of the syok-sendiris! Alah, so what. Our last year. We were trying to live it up to the fullest. Especially since we weren't given flags to wave during the patriotic songs... Oh well.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY RAYA PEOPLE!
And I will not miss school. Hope you don't too!
