Tefal anyone? Mari mencari barang rumah Wednesday, July 4, 2012

I'm so in love with Tefal. Huh, tengok je mesti jatuh cinta. Since my husband and I still not moving from my mil's house and still waiting for our own house yg bakal siap tahun 2014 tuh, I pendam hasrat je. But pendam bukan sebarang pendam. Just lately I've been eyeing on barang-barang rumah. To be specific, mari mengumpul alatan rumah. By the time rumah we all siap semua barang dah ada. To buy all things sekaligus, I mengakulah we can't afford. Plus kalau hutang-hutang tu lagilah kan. Hutang beli barang rumah? Not in the list lah! Plus now we want to make saving sbb siap je rumah before masuk nak renovate best-best. So all the savings go for minor renovation (minor pun still cost a lot..huh..dunia, dunia..haha).

So, I decided nak beli barang rumah sikit-sikit. Kalau tak beli untuk rumah pun, I still nak guna sekarang. Mana boleh tahan tengok barang-barang best. Haha..and now I've been eyeing on this...

This is absolutely in list! I saw one at Bangsar Village the other day. Price for this set they offer RM2999. haha.. it sounds crazy wooo..mahal sangat. But, luckily I managed to find a good bargain in UK website.. kira punya kira dah masuk shipping and handling only cost around RM500. tapi kena tunggu Viners buat sale. hehe... jimat banyakkan? weehuuu.. i like ;)

Ini memang pasangan terbaik buat Viners Pan set ni... I love baking ya... so this is in the list. Besides it comes with glass bowl instead of aluminium bowl biasa tu..mmm, but the cheap yg i jumpa was RM2200. Sape tahu kat mana I boleh dapat lagi good bargain, inform plzzzz...

And Tefal Knife Set, Tefal cookware set tu lagi-lagi yang Tefal Jamie Oliver Stainless Steel set tu jugak memang droolinglah! Aduhai.... and the Tefal rice cooker i nak cari yang macam ni. Classic. Tak nak yang canggih tu as I ni jenis suka angkat periuk nasi sekali letak terus atas table. Heylow peeps,

I'm fasting today! Yeay! Was thinking apalah nak makan for buka puasa today.. Huhuhu...

I've been so busy as I mentioned before rite? It's due to my fulltime focus on my business after I become a housewife! Yesss, I'm a W-A-H-M! And, Alhamdulillah, rezeki for me is always there. Thank you so much to those client yg memberi kepercayaan penuh to us.. ..

Being a housewife for 3 months already, I'm glad that I achieved so many things.. I can reward myself dengan bestnya compared during my working life. Yes, it's true.. it's a tough decision for the first time.. But later, demi keberanian saya.. (wahh, ayat tak boleh blah), I am working hard to proove to those yg pandang rendah pd I. The 3k salary yg dapat during zaman keja dulu is nothing compared to now. Now, I really satisfied with myself.. Dalam tempoh yang pendek, I know I can do it! It's true!

Till now, I'm proud and was so happy that my loan bank has been approved! Yeay! And, I managed to get this!!!!

It's a duplex condo (2 tingkat). It is not a new location. Lebih kurang 2-3 tahun dah condo nie.. But, I just love the place..so cosy.. so resort style..ahahahha... Alhamdulillah....

We just bought this condo.. But, not sure yet nak duduk or sewakan as investment due to skrg nie, I stayed with my MIL.. sebab my MIL pun stayed alone. So, not sure yet. But at least I bought this for future la.. Sebab, I still nak jugak landed area.. But tak nak kawasan yg jauh-jauh tue.. So, tahu jela landed area so so expensive kan... So, kenalah simpan uwang lagi.. Huhuhu... But, to have this adalah sangat bersyukur. Alhamdulillah...

Beli pejam mata sudah... kalau tak, tak dapatlah baju baru, lappy baru and hp baru! Huhuhu...  Alhamdulillah..

And for you out there yg nak keja dr rumah.. , ataupun nak buat business sendiri, my advice, believe in yourself! Tak payah dengar apa org kata.. Org nak keji ker, hape ker... talk negative ker hape ker..if kita percaya kita boleh buat..., meaning that we can do it!!!!!! Manusia dengki kat luar sana memang berlambak. Tapi hanya kita tahu kebolehan kita.. So teruskan! I'm writing this, sbb I tahu ramai kat luar sana and also my fren, yg memang nak sangat keja sendiri tapi takde kekuatan diri kan? So, I proove this to you... And I hope, kita juga boleh berjaya seperti org lain! Go Go! But, believe me..it's not easy and u need to sacrifice your time... energy... Tapi yg pasti, ia akan menjanjikan sesuatu!

Hi peeps,

Well, last week husband and I tgh survey2 nak cari our new house! Actually, right now, husband and I tgh planning to find a perfect house for us. So much things need to be considered. Location, types of houses, price of course and specifications of the house. Since I'm 27 years old this year and same goes with husband, so, we're planning to get 1 before we turn to 30!

As for husband, he much prefer terrace house.. Reason being, rumah teres ada space dekat luar.. Byr ratus ribu pun at least keluar2 jumpa kereta...kan? But for me, I suka something yg more privacy and cosy such as duplex condo! Oh! sgt suka... And we tried to plan to buy something that we can invest in future..

We found one which really catch our eyes! It is in Sutera Damansara.. 2 storeys park terraces... and very spacious! Sangat jatuh cinta and the price still need to be considered!

Arghhh..heaven nya... Nice is it?

Ada 1 bilik kat tingkat bawah + a small room dekat dapur... But small room tue I tak tahu apa reason dia letak kat dapur... mcm tak sesuai.. so far, tue je yg I tak suka about this house..

Wet and Dry kitchen separate mcm nie... Please excuse my husband.. lol

Living hall and dining hall.. Giler spacious.. sangat soookaaa!

Another bedroom kat tingkat atas..

Dan juga bedroom for Qaira... hahaha.. mimpilah Amie oooiiii...

Juga, rest hall dekat bahagian atas.. not so big and not so small.. just nice kalau nak lepak with family...

Yang heaven sekali ialah master bedroom yg sangattttt beesaaaaarrrrrrrrr!

Restroom yg sgt cosyyy..

Dan juga master bedroom boleh masuk almari bagak yg besar mcm nie.. actually tepi2 tue ada space lagi ok!

Mmmm, cantik kan? But acc to husband, we still need to find other house and buat comparison between rumah2 yg kitorang suka..! Yang pasti, lepas nie perlulah gigihkan usaha mencari rumah lagi... Uwaaa... Tak sabar!
