My family...

Everybody knows that no matter how alone you feel sometimes, or how much you fight each other, blood is thicker than water. And sometimes when you are the crossroads of your life, and you feel so alone with noone to turn to, your family is just right there by your side. Everyone knows that but sometimes noone bothers to look.

this is my family, the only pic we took together back in 2000. (dad is seldom around, and to add, (for dramatic effect) the last movie we watched together as a family was Titanic)

eg 2) my sec sch frens (sec 2) comes over and sees my mum pouring over her medical books.. fren: auntie, what course you taking? mum: intercourse o.O" *cricket sound*
abilities: cleaning the whole of kew walk, going to the hospital and looking after 20 patients and cooking dinner all in the same day.

Dad
super power: talking cock and looking darn serious at the same time.
secondary super power: auto shifts to repeat mode while casting oblivion spell.
abilities: makes the most alert man go into screen-saver mode

super power: being blonde
secondary power: starting the lastest slang trend (eg: scandalous (word used in eye-rolling situations)
abilities: saying the darnest thing that makes you bleed from the eyes.

Dom
super power: being deep.. and i mean like reeeaaalll deeeeeeep aka *chim.
secondary power: talking at 1200 words per minute.
abilites: casting 5sec stun spell and 40secs sheeping.

jane
super power: +1000 agility
secondary power: doing cartwheel naked and beat-boxing while playing monopoly. abilities: making you shudder everytime you had to take a chance or community card.

i have celebrity dad..

I was watching shaolin soccer with my sis, and suddenly it dawned on us that shephen chow looks like my dad.. no kidding.......... (holds 3 fingers in the air)

JOY is ...

1)having severe coke craving and contemplating ordering pizza just for one bottle of coke..and finding one last bottle hidden rite at the back of the grocery cupboard.
2)squeezing out the last bit of toothpaste when you are the last in the house to brush teeth.
3)waking up at 730am only to realise that its a saturday.
4)squeezing out that damn stubborn blackhead rite in the center of my nose.
5)finding a dollar bill crushed at the bottom of an old jeans pocket.
6)finding that pair of skirt bought in 1996, and realising its back in fashion.
7)seeing my brother for the first time on webcam when he is overseas studying.
8)finding a pad at the bottom of my bag when my period comes in the middle of the day.
9)seeing my sister with hair clipped up like a poodle and with spots of calamine lotion on her face in the morning... just like me.
10)watching grandma enjoying her gu chai kweh with bits of veg stuck between her fake teeth.
11)watching the oprah show on a weekday afternoon.
12)finding one last cigarette when i have a sudden urge to PS.
13)finding a parcel on my bed sent from amazon.com.
14)opening the above mentioned parcel to find the original version of il mare (the lake house) for me from chris.
15)finding a long lost box of old letters and cards from secondary school days.
