How Do They Sleep?

I have at least a dozen pictures of Marin and Grace sleeping. Grace LOVES to cuddle with her sister and Marin is the kindest person I know to submit to such torture :). I often move Grace to her own bed after they are asleep so that Marin doesn't get kicked all night- or worse- pushed off the bed. This week they made a bed on their floor and this is how I found them. How does Grace sleep with sunglasses on? How can she breathe with Marin's head on her stomach? On the weekend they made (with my help) a fort in the bonus room and fell asleep there after watching movies together. Such cute sisters! But how do they get any rest?

Happy Birthday to me!

I had a fun day starting with brunch at Mimi's with Janet, Heather, Amber and Emily. We had planned to see a movie, but when we got there, they had changed the times and we didn't have enough time to see it. We all headed home and later on Janet treated Amber and I to pedicures. We were so relaxed that we came home and laid on our beds and watched tv. Later on, I had to sub for one of the dance teachers who had jury duty. While I was gone, Amber and Grace made me this awesome cake. We ate dinner, had cake and opened presents before I had to head back to the studio to teach my adult tap class. The next night Amber and I went to the OC Performing Arts Center and saw "Come Fly Away". It was amazing! I received tons of notes on Facebook from all over the world, got fun phone messages, and even a few presents at my door. What a nice day! I am a blessed lady to have so many great people in my my life.
