For those of you who read my last depressing post you'll be happy to know that I am feeling better. Post Pardom Depression is real and it sucks!~
but the nice thing about it all is that it is curable. It's been a slow and long process but am really feeling much better.
I credit my getting better to supplements, a lot of exercise and vitamins. Not to mention an extremely supportive husband and family (and some friends who I consider family) who often times just listened to me whine and cry and still do for that matter. As for the exercise I am losing weight slowly but surely.
I now have much more good days than bad.
So here is the update:
Luke, Ryker, Conrad and I have crashed John and Pams' house and now live in their basement. It actually not that bad. But as gracious and kind as John and Pam are, I really can't wait to buy a house. Where you ask? No idea, let me know if you have any great ideas. We are still trying to figure out where exactly the Lord wants us. I guess for now he wants us here.
Luke is still at Fishbowl and I'm still well, here. The flowershop is finally a thing of the past. I have done a couple deliveries for them at my own request when I need some extra cash. I struggled with it for quite a while and still do a little bit because it was totally my domain but I'm learning to find confidence in some other talents. I don't think that I coule ever leave flowers behind completely which is why I still do weddings and a few arrangements here and there for Lukes work. For right now its the perfect amount. I am getting into my scrapbooking business more. I am excited to be throwing a Scrapbook Retreat Nov. 7th at the Salt Lake Courtyard Marriot. The details are still being worked out (not like Obama still trying to work out health care but actually close to being done). I will post more later!
Ryker is FOR SURE in the Terrible Twos. The list of the latest discoveries/mishaps is forever long but do include:
Getting Naked in Public
Drawing from his belly button to his toes in pen
trying to feed conrad
climbing on top of the toilet and hiding in the cubby
Hidding in all cubbies for that matter
Always sharing his food with the dog
Singing and Dancing along with Petes Dragon and Fank Sinatra movies (love that one)
and the list goes on...
Everyday is an adventure and he for sure keeps me on my toes and entertained.
Conrad is not far behind his brother and growing like a weed. He is 5 1/2 months old and weighs 21 lbs. (Did I mention Ryker weighs 37lbs) He's close to rolling over and sitting up. He is finding his voice and I love it. He is for sure ticklish like me and laughs a lot.
Ok so now that I feel like I just wrote our Christmas letter...
The Lord loves us and me so much. Even through really tough times he would pull me through.
I have a lot of friends and family right now struggling with health problems and trials in thier own life and to them I say just keep praying. He hears you.
