The Millcreek String Quartet has over 60 years combined musical training and performance. For your special event the Millcreek SQ can combine classical, familiar, and seasonal music to give your occasion the elegant feel you're looking for. Whether it's a ceremony, reception, luncheon or party, you are sure to enjoy our quality music!
Terms and Conditions
Reservations: When you receive our confirmation of your event, it is has been placed on the Millcreek SQ calendar.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel prior to 30 days before the event, there will be no penalty fee. For cancellations within 30-7 days before event, you will be charged half of your total fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to event will be charged the full amount.
Performance Time: You will be charged our full hourly rate for the entire time you require us at your event. If you change the time you require us at your event within 7 days prior to it, there will be fees accordingly. For reductions, you will pay the full amount agreed to. For additions, you will be charged an extra $40 per hour.
Setup/Spacing/Other Requirements: You are welcome to decide where you would like us to set up, but there must be ample space for 4 musicians, 4 music stands, and you must provide 4 armless chairs. If your event will be outdoors, you must provide proper shading and protection for both the musicians and their instruments.
Special Requests and Performance Instructions: It is your responsibility to make sure that we know when and what you want us to play. You can make special requests. If your request is not within our repertoire there will be a fee associated with acquiescing your request. You must make sure there is an appointed person to communicate these things to us, and that will be available to answer any questions we might have.
