Looks amazing! I've seen these in stores on the front of small felt cushions... would look so adorable on a little girls bed or chair. Maybe even add a ribbon to create a necklace!
I make these all the time and use them on broaches and headbands. I even made a cluster of them for a shoulder corsage on a vintage style dress with pearls and black chain.
Beautiful! I made similar flowers using your tutorial. Thanks for the inspiration. Rachel http://linesacrossmyface.blogspot.com/2011/10/felt-dahlia-flowers.html
I've been thinking of making a pin cushion out of a felt flower... I love Dahlias, I had them at my wedding, I wonder how easy it'd be to use this as a pin cushion...
Gorgeous!! I have been making simple wreaths (straw wreaths wrapped in yarn) and putting felt flowers on them. These lovely flowers are just the thing that will take my gifts from "nice" to "truly special".
I came across your tutorial on Pinterest and made one as part of a candle cover. I posted it on my blog with a link back to your tutorial. You can check it our here if you wish - http://lilouwyn.blogspot.com/2012/10/candle-cover.html
What ya'll need to do is give credit where the credit is due!! The woman who originally created these should be thanked for being so effing awesome and creative. They shouldn't be pinned or blogged about as an "easy" tutorial. She works hard at what she does and you should have asked her permission or at the very least gave her the credit for the "idea". Just saying :)
What type of fabric is used & what are the dimensions of each.....or is there a cut out pattern somewhere? I need 150 of these to make chair sashes for my wedding!
Hi! I love these flowers-- so pretty and simple! I made a wreath and attached some of these flowers. I linked my blog post back to your tutorial. Check it out if you like.
Thank you for this tutorial. I have embroidery hoops with grey/white chevron fabric stretched in it. I've been looking for a 3D felt flower tutorial to put one (pink felt flower) on each fabric-hoop. Then I'll be hanging them in my girls' bedroom. Thanks again!
What are the dimensions for the other hexagons? What about the middle circles? I want to make sure mine are pretty like yours n don't want to mess them up!
How come no one is providing the dimensions for the other two squares after the 2 inch one? It is almost as if she doesn't read the comments. Perhaps other readers or those who left comments and have finished theirs would be so kind as to provide the info. :)

I think they would be really cool as a wall decoration. 3m has Velcro picture hanger things that wont tear the paint off the wall, way cool though!
Those are so cute! I made some but they weren't nearly as cute!

Just eye ball it to make it a tad smaller then the 2in one..doesn't have to be exact dimensions.
