Hi there, sorry I have been away SO long! I have not been a good blogger recently because of time and also it hasn't been very easy or fast to use, until today! For those of you who have been using blogspot for a while like me, you will see that FINALLY it is easier and faster to upload pictures. So maybe, just maybe I will be better about doing this again because I know I have a few loyal followers who want to see updates of these children :). We have been a busy crew! William, my baby boy, will be one in just 2 weeks. OMG. How is this happening?? We celebrated his birthday early and had a little party on the 2nd. You will see it below. He LOVED his cake as he loves all food so that was no surprise. Kate had fun too. He is moving everywhere and pushing his walker around. I'm guessing by around 13 months he'll be walking, but who knows and I don't care :)...he can crawl for several more months if he wants! We also enjoyed going to the Polar Express last weekend with friends like we did last year and Kate had a great time. We also had William baptized on my birthday the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He looked precious and it was a special day. Last but not least, our visit with Santa. William obviously is not too fond of him :), Kate however talked to him this year and is very excited about Christmas and celebrating the baby Jesus and Santa too :). Merry Christmas to all...I'm guessing this will be my last post before then!

Fall Fun!
Its been a busy fall filled with TCU football, Kate's birthday, school, a new job for Mike and a recent trip to Richmond for me with the children. William is growing like a weed and is already 10 months old. He is a mighty fast crawler and loves pulling up on everything. He continues to think Kate is pretty hilarious, but he's learning fast how to tell her to leave him alone, and by that I mean he starts yelling :). We also just got back from a wonderful trip visiting friends in Richmond. Seeing the beautiful leaves was a treat as well and makes me miss having that season a lot. Flying with 2 children was quite hard and memorable to say the least, so I'm guessing it will be a little while before that happens again! No pictures of that trip for now as they are all on my phone. But here are some of the Dallas Arboretum pumpkin patch and Kate's birthday. Enjoy!

The beginning of a new school year
It was a very busy summer filled with 2 wonderful weddings, trips and seeing lots of friends and family. We are happy to enter fall and with it preschool and football (I put that in there for Mike's sake). Kate started her 3's class last week and absolutely loves it. William and I are loving our time together too. She will also celebrate her 4th birthday in just a few short days and she is really excited. I love birthdays, so I'm excited to celebrate my girl. And good ole William is 8 1/2 months old and he is so funny. He LOVES eating and loves picking up real food to eat, not just that baby food. He is rocking back and forth on his hands and knees and throwing himself forward to get things. A bit different than Kate, who started moving at 10 1/2 months. He continues to think that Kate hung the moon and is definitely a mama's boy and I LOVE it :). Enjoy!

August already?!
I cannot believe August is already here and my little baby is now 7 months and my other baby will be 4 in a little over a month. 4??!! Someone told me the other day that the days are long but the years are short, how true that is with small children. We have been a busy bunch with our trip to the beach with my family, trips to the pool, daily swim lessons for Kate, one of my best friend's wedding where Kate was a beautiful flower girl and play dates as well. Its been fun to see her learn how to swim (it wasn't fun the first 2 weeks however...)and see how her confidence grow with each day and how proud of herself she was. I can confidently say that she knows how to swim and I look forward to the day when she can learn her strokes and hopefully enjoy swimming as much as I did growing up. Knowing her competitive spirit that she got from her daddy, she will enjoy the competition :)! William has such a sweet spirit and as long as he is fed and sleeps long enough, he is happy with almost everything. I have a soft spot for those blue eyes and chubby cheeks and those oh-so-sweet dimples of his...and he's getting big WAY too fast for my liking ;). Here are some new pics of them, enjoy :)!
