Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter weekend. Mike had Friday off and he stayed home with the kids and let me have a much needed day with some girlfriends. It was alot of fun. Thanks Mike, I love you!
Saturday we went a public Easter egg hunt. I think just about all of A.F was there. Lots of little kids running around. We had the kids picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Izzy really didn't like the him very much. What baby wouldn't be scared of a 6 foot big white bunny with huge furry feet and hands.

We also had a fun coloring Easter eggs. I always forget how big of a mess dying Easter eggs makes.

On Sunday we had Steve, Amber and Porter over for dinner and an egg hunt. We had lots of fun. We also had and egg roll contest. I have never done this before. We rolled the hard boiled eggs down the drive way to see which egg would win. Thanks Amber for introducing us to a new family tradition.

Mom Happy 60th Birthday!

I hope you have a wonderful day.
Thanks for being the the best mom ever.
Thanks for putting up with my bad attitude
for all of my teenage years. Thanks for
always loving me, know matter what.
Daughters don't really fully appreciate
their mothers until they become one
themselves. So thanks for everything!
I love you, and miss living by you.

HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY!

You don't look a day over 30!!!

I know I am a big dork, but I'm a huge American Idol Fan. We love David and Brook. I came across this article on http://www.ldsmag.com/ and thought it was good. Go David and Brooke!

This Weekend

It's been a while since I have posted anything. Mike and I got a babysitter Saturday night and went on a much needed date. We went to dinner at Lavigna. It was pretty good. Then we went to see a movie. I think it was called Fool's Rush. It was pretty cute. I have decided I need a date once a week to keep me sane!
