I need Ideas!

We are having our New Beginnings for the young women in February. Is there anybody that has got some ideas on what we can do. I was thinking about doing something around the theme for the year. "Be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works." Please let me know if you come up with anything.

Mom these are for you!

Here are some pictures of the basement that we finished. We did almost everything ourselves. Mike did the framing, painting, and all of the finish work. It has been so nice to have the extra room. Mom your bedroom is the empty one. Before you come we will need a bed!

Christmas Day

The kids were so excited to open thier presents on Christmas morning. Ethan woke me up at 5:30 am and told me that Santa had be here. I told him that's great now go back to bed. He went back to bed and slept untill 7:30. They had a lot of fun. I loved to see the excitement in thier faces. Over all Chrismas was very relaxing. We stayed home and I cooked our Christmas dinner. It was my first time and it was pretty good. Thanks to a few last minute phone calls to my mom.

The Nativity

We went to mike's parents house the Sunday before Christmas for a party and all the cousins dress up and played the nativity. They all looked so cute and had a great time. Addy was an angel and Ethan was a Shepard. Mike and his dad were some of the animals.

Santa Claus

Ethan and Addy were so excited to sit on Santa's Lap at the Simons family Christmas party. Izzy was'nt so sure about Santa.
