ZZZZ

This made me laugh when I saw the two of them sleeping the same way.  I liked Luca's question when he saw the picture...."Why are we sleeping like that?"  haha I don't know little buddy.  :)

Boys

There are some things I will never understand about boys.  For instance, I usually make Diego and Alessandro walk home from school because it helps get some of their energy out.  It is about 1 mile and the last part is up a long, steep hill.  So it's not the easiest walk.  Anyway, one day they took forever to get home and when they did Alessandro was just exhausted.  So I asked them what took so long and why he was so tired.  To which they both responded that Diego had put as many big rocks in Alessandro's backpack as he could find.  I was about to get angry with Diego until I found out Alessandro wanted him to do it to see if he could walk up the hill that way.  The backpack was so heavy it almost made him tip backwards, but he still wanted to do it!!  Crazy kids!!  There are many things like this that I just shake my head at and conclude that it's a boy thing.  Everything from the endless humor in gross bodily functions or noises, the constant motion and amount of energy they have, the loudness, the constant wrestling, etc, etc.  Even though I shake my head and don't understand and even at times wish that it could be a little quieter in our house, I love it.  Boys will be boys and they are just fun.  Crazy but fun.

After reading this I don't want to leave Mia out.  I love girls too.  She's very different than the boys, but I love her all the same.  I love to watch her play; whether it's singing to her babies, walking around in her dress up shoes or pretending to cook me something.  She is so independent and I love that even if it means it takes a little longer to get dressed.  She will even change the toilet paper roll by herself!!  I don't think any of my boys have ever done that.  :)  So yes, I love my little girl too.  :)

Advancing in scouts

Alessandro completed the Wolf requirements and has now moved on to the Bear Den.

Udine being a big goof and sticking his belly out to make Alessandro laugh while he pins on the pin.
Being welcomed into the Bear Den by wearing the bear hair.
