London - Day 4

I know it's been two months since i came back from london but so far i'm only at day 4 which means i still have like 5 days or so more to blog about!

So ya on the fourth day in london, we took the eurostar (an underground train) to paris!

It took us about 2 and a half hours to reach there and i swear i was about to puke in the train when i went to the toilet and had trouble figuring out how to on the freaking tap.

I even walked out of the toilet to ask a few people but non of them knew how to (note that the train was still moving at that time) and at that point of time i was getting really cranky already as i really really felt like throwing out. T_T

Finally, i proceeded to the mother who unfortunately failed finding it as well until this mat salleh woman told us that we have to actually step on some spot on the floor in the toilet for the tap to turn on. -_-

Kor and i with mum and dad behind on the open air double decker bus in paris!

The city of paris!

I was so excited i kept taking pictures of their buildings and practically everything i see but i'm not going to post everything up cause i'm sure you'd get bored starring at hundreds of the same things wouldn't you cause i think i would if it was me!

We went on a tour around paris before getting down the bus to go up to the eiffel tower.

I've always dreamt of visiting the eiffel tower during the night where it's prettily lit up with pretty lights but sad to say i didn't get to. :(:(

It was a one day trip so we hardly had any time plus we had to rush for the train back at like 7 something!

Bottom line is the eiffel tower looks like some tall steel during the day there's really nothing much about it.

Unless of course, if you're there at night!
Which, i wasn't so ya lets not talk about it. :(

This is the super long queue outside the eiffel tower!

Apparently if we were to line up it'd take us at least 3 hours to get in so thank god we were following a tour group hence got to use the express lane!

The view from the second floor (there were actually 3 floors but mum and kor weren't too keen on going up to the highest so we settled for the second instead :() :

I even took a picture of the sign board before leaving!

Full length pictures of the tower :

Family photo!

This is their um, field where you can find people picnicing/dating/suntanning!

These two were the most expensive crossaint and lasagna i've ever eaten my whole entire life. T___T

Oh and also dad's miserable bottle of coke which costed RM 27.50!

That'd buy me like 27 cans of coke here already enough for me to drink for a month wtf.

Outside the notre dame!

There's something about this runabout which i can't remember but i think it has something to do with it branching out to 7(?) roads or something like that sorry i have such bad memory. T___T

Last photo before we left!

This is also the most expensive drink i've ever drank my entire life wtf i sound so cheapskate but seriously their food and drinks there are damn expensive!

And i tend to keep converting everything back to RM hence the kiamsiap-ness. T__T

So ya that's about paris it was overall a nice visit except that i still want to go to the highest floor of the eiffel tower at night and i will!

Some day..
