♥ hot title:SIFE National Competition 2010
haven't be able to update my blog... super dusty...
But finally cheryltan is back to blog on last week's SIFE National Competition...
I can say that its finally over... and im very happy... no more late nights...
All i can say is... im very proud of the entire team, and for the advisors... especially Ken, i think he deserves a long service award man...
I pretty miss all of them... cox we use to meet everyday... and stay till so late in sch...
So how did the competition went??? On a sleepy morning... mummy woke me up at 530am... The RPSIFE team walk down the entire city link to suntec convention centre, with no shops opened... if feels like the entire place belongs to us...
We reached the venue slightly before 8am waiting for our team's technical check slot... the check was fine... after which we settled down, have some snacks and drinks with our supporters... and everything started to prevent all the stress, we went for more tea at toast box... and rehearsals as well... and went back to the venue and saw CIE's director, a very nice guy... rehearse rehearse and more rehearsals... and went in and present about 1230pm...
I was shivering from everywhere... will i loose control and click too fast or too slow? and worst... suddenly the projection is not projecting... i can literally feel my heart beat hitting so hard throughout the entire presentation... :( even till the very moment i went up the stage for Q&A... and even after everything during the lunch time i still shiver...
During Q&A... they kept asking abt Eco-trail and i just assume they wont ask eep already... BUT... its always so unexpecting... "hi team, i have last question to ask about eep..." i was like oops... as i answer i shiver...
but it was nice to hear from the director and advisors affirming me how well i did in my ppt and to my answering of the eep question...
of course after that, it came to me as, its just a SPIRIT OF SIFE AWARD... perhaps all they care is the people who were presenting... all they will care is why we didn't make it through to the championship... BUT I WAS ALL WRONG... as i open my email on monday morning at ttsh starbucks, my eyes became so teary... im so touched that all that we done was really appreciated and the sch advisors and director and even the principal congratz us... i just couldn't explained... the content of the email, will just lead eyes to tear...
ultimately i just want to thank God... without him nothing will be possible... Glory be to God... :))))

 Have been way busy and stressed up... im feeling very tensed up... i hate the feeling...
I still wanna thank God for encouragements... like aunty joyce and wt... especially so many things are happening all at the same time...
Thursday PM is very good too... very convicting... i like... hee:)
Though the past weeks hasn't be good... but im still reminded i can rest at the feet of Jesus' cross... HAPPY:)

 Firstly... Happy 21st Birthday to myself!!! haha...
Many people been asking me... "HOW DO YOU FEEL BEING 21?" My answer to all is that there's no special feeling... normal... EXCEPT i can sign my own PAPERS!!! haha...
anyway... just wanna thank my family... truely, blessed be a blessing!!! i may not speak much but I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
not FORGETTING my sec sch clique!!! thanks for helping out and making every part of the party possible... especially my sticky rice... so touched by her blog post... she blogged a post while we are all in a pool... ask her how she do it... im so so touched...
not forgetting the rest who came and make a memorable birthday for me:) thanks for all the pressie... love them lots...
ultimately... i wanna thank my daddy God... He is a true blessing to me... without Him i will not be who i am today... perhaps as rebellion as before? and He is really faithful... cox 90% of my wishlist all came to past!!! <3>

Devotion Part 1: A People Who Will Reflect His Glory
Sometimes we know so well that all Glory do not belongs to us but to God... However, most of the time we claim it to be our own Glory.
I thank God that I started with this new series of devotion as i prepare myself to enter into full-time ministry... this devotion really reminded me that once I start to step into full-time ministry, if any part of it, I find success in my ministry... i should never glorify myself but God alone... and every part of ministry, i should never forget to thank God and praise His Name.... :)

Glory belongs to God alone because of God's love and faithfulness (Ps.115:1). The truth is that the entire earth is filled with His Glory (Is. 6:3). Therefore everything we do, we should do it for the Glory of God (1 Cor. 10:31).
I'm rather amazed, because He chose us in the very beginning and that we might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Thess. 2:13-14).

In Genesis 17, God mentions that... We were made to worship and glorify God. We are to commit our whole life and future into my hands. God even says that when we find Him, we would have found everything that we need!

 Counting down... 12 more days to 23 May 2010... Currently... BUSY preparing for the party... very tiring... this is a super small scale as compared to a wedding... I wonder if i would ever survive if im planning for my wedding... lol...
