Working Sia!
Work? Phft... Made up some lame excuse to quit! Doing the calculations, TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! Esp when its afternoon shift one day then morning the next. FK? I slave uh? Even the shop IC never do the shift i'm doing... Work dah la for 9hrs... Break one hour so no pay... So effectively 8hrs work. 8hrs X $6/hr amounts to $48 per day. THAT havent minus transport fee with the adult fare kicking in at first Jan. Go back and forth alr amounts to $5, JUST FOR train + MRT from work back to Tampines... And staying at Tanah Merah, means last bus here is after 11pm. And i reach Tampines at 12am++ ... So taxi lor... Add another 8 bucks... And dn forget midnight surcharge... So totals to around $12 JUST FOR CAB BACK FROM TAMPINES TO HOME... And lunch and break time you think i no eat uh boss? $5 lunch $5 break... So, afternoon shift starts at 2pm, all the way to 11pm... Reach Tampines with bus and MRT alr around 12am... Taxi samore, alr 0030hrs... And you think i reach home straight away sleep? Eat la, bathe la... 0100hrs... Then best case scenario sleep at 0105hrs... And body clock wake up at what time? .... WHAT TIME? 3am or worst come to worse oversleep to 4am... -.-" ... Morning shift starts at 9am... Means what? MEANS I MUST GET OUT OF DA HOUSE BY 8AM TO AVOID PEAK TRAFFIC... And get ready for work like eat breakfast and bathe and all, one hour... Never do that by 0700hrs = GG.com
DO THAT FOR 14 DAYS STRAIGHT... Eff my work. If you are counting the net cash gain, its $(48-5-12-5-5) = $21 for what? Like 3hrs of sleep each day for 14 days? No DotA no nothing? Phft! I left DotA for 6.72e and come back 6.73b alr... 3 MAPS NO PLAY
THATS IT ALR... I QUIT!
Well, at least the staff is nice enough to buy me my first StarBucks in my 18 Years of life
