Mei : Oh, I'm not sure yet. Going to the library to return a book first. Will decide after lunch. I'll tell you if I'm clerking later k?

Sau : Alrite, I'll be done with PBL by 2.30pm, just gimme a ring/sms k?
Mei : Sure.. will do that :)

Mei : No, I mean it... I was so zombified this afternoon, I totally couldn't remember anything. Sau : You owe me dinner!!
Mei : *gulp* wah!!! erm... erm... sorry... I owe you one k? Buy you gelati alrite?
Sau : =)

And that was how Mei got conned into buying Sau gelati... Manipulating my feelings, my guilt. *BlekS* Just because Mei's nice, and cares about her fren's feelings... *tee hee* *grin*

Had one and a half hours of sleep before having to wake up for class this morning. It was badddd... could hardly keep my eyes opened during the tute :(

I don't understand why I'm so affected by things you say. I seek for your approval in everything I do. Till today, I wonder... what is it about you that made me the person I am today? (or maybe it's not you. It's just me) Why do I feel incomplete and inadequate? Whatever happened to the independent me? Mei is still searching for answers.

I am..... searching for my lost self.

Buffet @ Sante, Crown

Having to wake up early this morning was not a very pleasant thing... and daylight saving just commenced last night. erm, more like this morning, but being the nocturnal me, i was obviously still awake... hence, i wasn't very happy losing an hour of sleep! argh...

Forced myself up around 10am this morning, got ready for lunch at Sante, Crown, courtesy of Ade, Jialian, and Richard *the birthday gals, and boy* teehee! Happy Birthday, guys!!

Left the house around 11.30am, just in time to miss the FREE City circle tram service! darn... saw it leaving the tram stop, right in front of my place. *Sigh* Had to walk 3 blocks down to Swanston instead, to grab our Sunday saver tics! and to top it all, we got down to Bourke, just in time to miss the tram to Crown.

Anyways, we got there in the end... Lunch was oh so yummm.. seafood was great! hehe... we sat there for more then 2 hours! hehehe...

And then decided to take a stroll along Yarra river, cause the weather was just too good! Sunny, but not too hot... breezy, yet not too windy! aahhh... bliss! Had ice-cream and drinks at Southgate! how nicee.... if only life's like this everyday! stress-free and sunny. :P

. One of my dearest friends back in college, currently a successful dentist, came down-under to visit us boring Med people in Melbourne last Monday. I was really surprised to hear from her and the phone call went :

Sherine: Hi mei, i'm gonna be in Melbourne on monday. We've got to do dinner and drinks alrite?
Mei : OH my GOsH!!! You're coming? Kewlll... yup yup. I'll tell Gaya, Bob and the rest *bla bla bla bla bla*
Sherine: Dear, chill chill...heheh... Take a deep breath and speak. Don't get too excited!
Mei : hehe... Can't help it dear! I'm so so so exciteddddd
Sherine: ok ok, make sure we meet up alrite? Call the rest k? Will give you a ring when i'm there ok?
Mei : Alrite alrite... bye gal!

and then i realised that I didn't ask her, the date! hehe.. had to ring her back to confirm that she was coming down this Monday, instead of the next. tee hee... silly me *shy*

Went to La Spaghettata on Lygon for Italian, ... as usual, food was yummmmm! Amazingly, Gaya finished her food, for once... and Sherine didn't! tsk tsk tsk...

Headed for coffee @ Koko Black after dinner. Was supposed to have gelati, but it was raining and too cold...
