but it's kinda true,i mean gems are normally unrelated to the course we're studying.that's the system.
Gems really means...hold on...i'm recalling....someone mentioned it before...oh ok..its General Elective Modules.
the aim is to let us explore other topics apart from what we're studying.

i mean...we wanting to take up more modules is hilarious.maybe for me...lets not generalise here.

i think it is a good way to explore different styles and stuffs but i feel like a primary school kid,who goes "A is for..."
there's nothing wrong with that but it sucks when at 18 yrs old,you're still pondering over such things.
i literally get stuck coming up with those words...and i probably shouldnt be.

went to school today for the grad show meeting.was very late due to the heavy rain.the seniors wanted us to vote for the venue and the logo for the grad show.
the hot choice is vivocity.$16,000 for 5 days.
i personally prefer suntec city because the atmosphere is very suitable for a design show.but the price is $13,000 per day which means $39k for 3 days.oooh.....
if that's the case,i can safely assume that esplanade will be higher than that.
anyway,after that went to change my passport photo.it was so crowded.argh...wasnt in the best mood because i was already so tired.and i had to wait for like 3 freaking hours before i could collect my passport.
luckily i had my mp3 and avenged sevenfold's songs.but towards the end,it ran out of battery.dang.so i closed my eyes for a while..and when i opened my eyes...HEY HEY,it's my turn!

i would rate the system as VERY COCKED UP because there are only 2 rooms to collect the passport from.so imagine thousands of people and just 2 collection points.

well,after this assgn,i realised something.SP's website is not easy to navigate.i was finding the school of design webpage.spent like 10 mins doing that.
by then,my head was like going to explode.no more!!!
well,now all that is left is Design Thinking.DET is Do Extra Things.i know,i am rather mean,but that's what my friends and i call it.it is an ALIEN thing.
i asked my lecturer once,"Why is DET is so difficult?"
he said "not understanding Det means you are on the right track and blah blah blah"
in my mind,i was like "what?Understanding it means i am on the wrong track?"
ok.i give up.i'll try to learn as much.

the weather was so cold,brought bear bear to the vet today for a general checkup.was very happy to know that she is fine.no mites or watsoever.
she was so scared.poor sweetheart.
well,after the vet,i popped by PETS & U [a pet shop near my house] to see the adoption thingy going on.
they were putting sweet darling doggies up for adoption!
the puppies are so adorable.the big dogs are all so handsome.
felt really tempted but i know i already have not 1,not 2, BUT 3 guinea piggies at home!
haha...oh,i saw some dogs at the vet.some were really small.so cute!!
oh well,pretty much that was how i spent today.was raining so wasnt in the room to go orchard or where ever,probably will get my jeans all soaked.
