NDP was awesome!
went for the rehearsal because my uncle is part of the organising team.he comes from the navy.
i am not really a huge fan of NDP,but i love my country.
the atmosphere live at the stadium is a lot better than watching it through the tv.
i love the march pass, the water show,the red lions,the performance and fireworks!basically everything because i was at the stadium.the whole feeling is different.
but just now when i was watching the parade,i was thinking about the SingFest,because on august 9.a7x is coming!a little sad i cant go...

you know,i have been thinking leh...
yesterday,i saw how much the price of the SingFest thingy will cost,it was really off my budget.
$150 leh!
well,i was wondering why so expensive.and came to a few conclusions.
i think it is because people who buy the tickets can get to see many bands performing.and it is like a many many hours concert.hence the price is so expensive.
because if it was just a one band concert,it wouldnt be price so expensive.
last time Muse concert is not even that expensive.and they are a huge band.
so i thought about it.if i am going to pay 150 bucks just to go see A7x.it is too wasteful.
plus.their performance is at 8pm.but the concert starts at 1pm.so there will surely be a lot of people who will already be there.so...i probably cant get to the front.
so not worth it lor.
hee....but it's nice to know that on August 9,i will be standing on the same ground as Synyster Gates,M.Shadows,Zacky Vengeance,Johnny Christ and The Rev.
oh ya,and hinder too which sucks at the same time.

i finally found where to get the tickets to the AVENGED SEVENFOLD concert.
well,it isnt really considered their own concert because it is actually part of a festival called SINGFEST.
so it is like singapore's version of ROCK AM RING or WARPED TOUR.
it is a 2 days event and a7x is on the 2nd day.
well,apart from them are bands like hinder,gym class heroes and others performing on the 2nd day.
the tickets are really expensive because of all the different bands.it is at 100 bucks over.if it is just one band,it wouldnt cost that much.less than 100.
the verdict?
i will not go.
coz firstly,i rather spend it on my a7x dvd.which i can watch over and over again.cant wait.
secondly,i don know how such festival works.do i have to go from the starting to the end?if that's the case,it is from 1pm to 11pm leh!!!
thirdly,i rather wait for when avenged sevenfold is performing in their very own concert.like that they are the main attention for the whole concert.
lastly,there is HINDER!!!i hate HINDER lah!!!yikes!!!the leadman just makes me want to throw something at him.
i said it once and i'll say it again.
I RATHER GO TO AVENGED SEVENFOLD'S OWN CONCERT.not some festival which is priced so high and features HINDER.yikes.
oh,but i would like to go to Rock am RIng and Warped Tour some day...

wow...it has been a while since i last blog my heart out.so this time must write more...hehe..kidding.
anyway,today (5/7/07) can be said to be one of the more emotional day. this is because,today was the last day Ms Shang will be our BDS lecturer.
apparently,she resigned because of some reasons.
well,everything went fine at the starting of the lesson because we had to prepare for a submission for our Live to Dine/Party books. the clients,a little snobbish, were coming to view our works. our minds were like "OH NO,I VERY SCARED."
but after the clients chose the books they like,we pretty much settled down.
at the end of the lesson,we recorded a video for ms shang.hee...very sad ah.
ms shang cried and a lot of others cried too.
i didnt.i don like to cry in front of others.but it was 100% sad.ms shang is one of the best lecturer i had so sad lah...
anyway,wish her all the best.hee...must be optimistic.
our new lecturer looks fierce.he recognised us leh...coz me,yz,sy and sh went into the lift and he was in it.he said "you guys are year 2 right"
we were like YIKES!!!!!!haha...funny.
