just the previous post,i was talking about education.and suddenly,this thought came into my mind.i remembered someone once asked me " O'levels don need to study one right?"
When i heard that,i was wondering what is wrong with her??it is O'levels!!not study!crazy...no matter how smart you are.practice is still important.
there is guy i know,he is very smart.a lot of people say he is the type that who doesnt need to study also can make it one.and i sort of believed the rest.he was in the top class.but the thing is he didnt even finish Os.he dropped out of school.
now when i think about this,i realised that the attitude you have towards your studies contribute to the grades you get.
a lot of the people around me don detest studying.in fact they love it.their grades are mostly aces.and i found out that the thing they have in common is their attitudes.
for me,i rmbed that i wanted to pass Physics so badly that i studied everytime i could.sleep at 1 wake up at 3.then sleep at 5.30 wake up at 6.
i was tired but i don mind at all.i know that i am not smart naturally,so that's why i study so damn hard.and not only did i manage to pass it,i got a B3.that's an achievement.
right now,i can tell that it can be depressing to see other people doing better in design.but i guess,i am willing to work hard for it.yea....
holidays seriously is too boring....ooh...hungry...gtg!!

today,i was watching Oprah.yes...i was.it is always quite nice.well,the show was about America's Education!!hee....apparently,there is a problem in America where a lot of students do not want to study.woah...sounds so serious...i don think in singapore,this would happen.
well,i am not sure this problem still exsists now,because the Oprah show was i think in 2005,if i am not wrong...

i want to go Vivo!! i went to Vivo with Candy and Limei the other day and it was so much fun!!
i had a fabulous time chatting with them.after all it has been so long since i last met up with them.it was nice to know that they have been doing fine.we chatted about the happenings that each of us experienced.and it was really nice.
apart from all the chattings,i also saw a lot of good stuffs there which i want to buy!!i want to buy a bag...cant decide which one.if only i can buy all.[that's too much either.] well,i want to buy CD!!but i cant decide if i should buy Plus 44 or Fall Out Boy or Diamonds 2....hmm...decisions decisions.
anyway i also want to go see books there.very long never see le.
well,one thing is that Vivo is very big!!a little too big le...hee....headache ah...so big till lost.

i just got a job.not really a job but a website design to do.recently,my aunts called me up and asked me to design a website for her.as much as i like designing website,i didnt really want to took up that job.mainly because i wasnt very confident of myself.but i already agreed.
she is paying me 100 bucks.i know it is little but then i didnt really know how much i should charge her.in fact,i didnt dare to charge her because she is after all my aunt.
well,today she called me and showed me a reference and thank goodness it was just static.no php or whatever,but i need to do a flash thingy for the entering page.dang.
i have a deadline of 3 days.sort of feel what's it like to have a real client.

well,before i went to meet him,i was on msn,and one of my friends was chatting with me.she asked me who i was going out with.i didnt really want to tell her because i was afraid she might misunderstand.and she did.i told her we are friends.guess what she said?

anyway,there were 2 guys that were quite funny.they just came to me and hui ying and said "hey let's chat!".But our conversation didnt last for more than an min when they saw DCMD's cut off point.this guy said "WOW...cant get in...".hee...they were funny...very cheerful.
anyway,yesterday there this guy who served me at the cashier when i was shopping,he was also rather outgoing.this kind of people certainly brighten your shopping experience by a whole lot!!

it has been quite a while since i last really blog.oh wait...i did...anyway,since i'm already here.might as well...anyway,the last 2 weeks has been ok...a little busy with all the assignments submissions.today is the last submission.but i went to school early to submit.mainly because i want to stay at home the rest of the day.don really like going out halfway through the day.
anyway,i thought i felt a little feverish yesterday.but my bro said i was cold like hell.[hell's not cold?!?!] but i did had a little headache.i think it is because of the gas i breathed in.was washing the dishes,when there was this gas,turned around and realised the place was misty.i had to quickly wash the dishes and carry all the pots out because there was still food inside.
anyway,i had a early night and woke up feeling good!my sis has sore throat!!eeks...must take care of myself more.

this is my somewhat final blogskin design.i did it pretty fast.it was actually a On the Spot design.i just open my photoshop,did it and love it.
well,i love the lines,it looks like ribbon.i love the whole feel of it.i love the colours.i personally chose purple because i love it.
but the problem is i do not know how to put this in codes.like how do i make sure that my content is just in the area i want it to be...so i have no idea on coding.dang.

finally i got to play some NFS:Carbon.even though i was suppose to be rushing for my DET assignment, the temptation is too high.played a few quick race.i prefer the navigation system in NFSMW,more clear cut.
i find it pretty tough to control my car during the night, but i am up for that challenge.anyway,i had a new crew...his name...hmm..cant rmb.but he is fabricator.his car is cool.but i find him a little cocky.i prefer my first crew member who is a blocker.he will cover my back.
anyway,yesterday i was rushing for my assignment.did till 3.30am this morning.went to sleep a little.woke up at around 6 to continue doing.finally it was finish.i had one more creative journal to go.was doing tit when Justin msg me to tell me that there is an extension.
was happy but i thought that i could just get it done and over once and for all.but i was a little bored to go out so i am happy that i can slack at home.
i should look for a job le leh...but don know where to start.holidays seem so long but yet it seem like i should relax before i start a new school year.year 2 seem a lot tougher than year1.

the bottom picture is the finalised one.
in my finalised work,i added some interactive portions to let viewers play with.
overall,i think that this work turned out well,or at least what i expected it to be.it was done in a few hours,so i am very glad about the result.
the materials:acrylic paint,oil pastels and markers.
not done in computer
however,i feel that i wont flare very well with this work because i feel that it is not experimental enough.looking at my other friends' works i realised that mine is very bland.
anyway,i am just happy i managed to complete this piece of work.i still love it.
