Love needs no reason.
From you, I learnt to treasure love even more.
You taught me love- in all its ways.
I learnt to love- and this capacity grows.
I learnt that time spent on loving was worth it.
Because a part of you will always be with me.

Our love taught me many things- profound lessons that lasts forever.
And because of you, I learnt to love with all my heart and all my soul.
I learnt that giving love gave one courage; and being loved gave one strength.
And because of you, I learnt to love and appreciate many things.
This bliss that would be a part of me, giving me light in times of darkness.
And though it hurts, as it should when beautiful memories end, I learnt to treasure love even more.

It was from you that I learnt the significance of a rose.
You taught me how to tell tall tales.
So that we could see each other at hours that weren’t so appropriate and to replace words with a gaze.

And because of you, I learnt to forgive cleanly.
Immortalizing all these beautiful memories with captivating poetry.
I discovered love in a thousand ways.
And because of you, I learnt what it is to love.
And because of you, I know what it is to love.

Day breaks- its intensity awe-inspiring
As light reaches into every corner of Earth
And evade the corners of my heart.

Why oh why, don’t I see the light?
My world is dark; my world is black.
Black as the poison that plagues my heart.

All I see are heavy grey clouds
Heavy with pain and restraint.
In sharp contrast
To the bright clouds emblazoned across the sky.

Why oh why, don’t I see the light?
My heart is heavy; my heart is torn.
Torn like the dress of a ragged doll.

The heavy teardrops of my world land.
Each splash to the ground
A thundering anguish piercing me.
The excruciating pain
Ripping me apart straight from my broken heart.

Why oh why, don’t I see the light?
Oh my love, please do not forsake me.
What have I done? What have I said?
I’m about to die a terrible death…

Since the beginning of time,
I have promised you love,
Promised you my heart and soul.
Right in front of God.
Right beside my love.

Rest assured, that I will be true to you.
My heart is yours, throughout eternity.
For yours to hold,
For yours to keep.
It has always been.
They would never betray you,
For you are the world to me.

Rest assured that no guy would ever tempt me.
Never tempt me in the way you ever would.
My soul is yours.
For you to love.
For you to keep.

I hope you know the reasons.
Of why I have been acting this way.
I did not meant it to be.
The truth is that I’m scared
Scared of things that I’m not sure about.

Though I now know the truth,
It is hard, since we have never really talked.
But there is one thing I am certain about.

Re-enacting the times we shared.
You were there when I needed someone.
Your care and love touched me deeply.

You made me realize the true meaning of love.
You recognized my strength,
You recognized my weakness;
You recognized who I really was.

I see you in the future.
As my twin flame; as my one true love.
Despite the heart-wrenching pain,
I’ll do my best not to fall apart.
I promise to live my life,
To bring happiness to others like what
I’ve learnt from you.
Because of your believe in me,
I promise I’ll live on-

I count the steps that you take,
When you turned me away.
Don’t you see how much you mean to me?
A second of cowardice,
Leading to a lifetime of regrets.
And with every step I take,
My heart grows heavier.
Don’t you see how much you really mean to me?

Why do I still love you?
Why do I still think about you?
It’s not that I don’t want to forget you.
But why did you turn me away,
When this has just started;
When our feelings are crystal clear.

If only I said my piece,
Than I might have felt much better;
And perhaps, it might be easier on you too.
We met at the wrong place,
At the wrong time.
But I hope we’ll meet again soon.
And when we do meet,
I hope we are ready-
I hope we meet at the right place;
And I hope we meet at the right time.

It’s been 2 years now,
The 4 days we spent together,
Were the happiest days of my life.
The act of loving you gave me real joy,
And never did I expect that your unconditional love,
Would present me salvation-
Saving me from the brink of self-destruction,
As your love nourished my starving soul and
Watered my dying spirit with hope and joy.

But now, I am nothing without you.
I guess I loved you too much,
Loved you too deep.
Loved you beyond my heart and soul,
Loved you beyond my life.
I guess I threw myself in with too much zeal,
And got out with barely half a soul.

But if you were ever here,
I’ll have you know that I have never regretted.
Never regretted loving you.
Never regretted loving you with all my heart,
And all my soul,
And all my life.

Our union was truly a miracle.
And through our love,
I was able to climb mountains and sail stormy seas,
Able to understand God better.
And able to love without expecting anything in return.

So, my love, I hope you feel the same.
But if you ever find someone along the way,
I’ll have you know that
I’ll be right here waiting for you.
For the love we felt that day was more than any ordinary love,
More than what words can explain.
And like a crucial scene in a romance novel,
I know you will return someday.

You crossed my path,
When I least expected you.
Through time travels,
We have always been together.
A love so strong and deep,
The expanse is unfathomable:

When you crossed my path,
The Heavens sang with utter joy,
And Mother Earth,
like a child in wild ecstasy,
Danced to the rhythm of love’s revelations.
An eternal love that was complete
Through our vows to God and us.

Beams of light shone through the clouds
As the crimson sky rejoiced.
The tides licked at our feet,
As though anxious for a taste of love.

The wind teased us with gentle blessings
and caressed our hearts with pleasure.
And as the eternal song was being played
And celebrated with glorious enthusiasm,
Our hearts beat together as one,
Like a gale of laughter resounding in our hearts.
