Rhett Wrestling

Rhett started wrestling - not my favorite sport.  He isn't crazy about it but does it for something to do to stay in shape.  He is wrestling 104 this year and is happy to be 1st string!

 Rhett and Kaylee had a band concert the other night. The 4th grade (Kaylee) sang at the beginning of it and Rhett plays the piano and drums in band this year.  They both sounded awesome!

Bridget is 17!!

I really can't believe I have a 17 year old.  Bridget had a great non eventful birthday!  We got up bright and early and opened a few presents and had breakfast burritos that dad made while I was gone exercising.  Then off to school and practice.  We ditched mutual because it was Personal Progress and she already has hers so I told her she didn't have to go this time.  We watched Back to the Future part 2 where the day they go into the future is October 21, 2015 - so no more future for that movie - it's all in the past!

 Kaylee made Bridget this card - she is always so sweet to have a card or something for everybody!

 And for her cake she wanted Graham Cracker Dessert.  So that is what she got!  These smiles on her face is how Bridget is 99% of the time.  She is such a fun girl and brings such fun to life! I can't believe it's been 17 years already and I only have probably 1 more birthday left with her under our roof!  It's so fun to see them grow up but so hard on the other hand.  So proud of the young woman she has become and the example she is to me!

Random

Bruce and I got to watch Garth Brooks in concert in Phoenix.  It was awesome!  Bruce sang every word to every song!!  Trisha Yearwood came out and sang a few songs too.  It was my first concert and Bruce's 2nd so we were rookies at it but loved every minute of it.  We spent Friday night in Phoenix - did some shopping and headed home.  It was a nice quick get away weekend!  Love spending time with this guy of mine!!

 Tylinn and Kaylee both lost a tooth the same night so each of them got to put a tooth in dad's hippo tooth pillow.

 Conference weekend was a great weekend!!  Love our crepes - this time we tried pumpkin crepes!

 The next night Kaylee lost another tooth and so did Rhett.

 Dustin got his cast cut off.  We just decided to do it here at home instead of at the doctor. Save on time and money!

Life is good!  Dustin did get a pretty good concussion the next football game he played in - it was in Joseph City - so he sat out another week of practice and games.  Thankfully he was able to play with his cast on!
