Christmas Break Fun!

We LOVE Christmas Break at our house and I am sure most people do.  Making Christmas goodies...

 Caleb and the oldest 3 kids went to the temple this morning.  Bridget has gone quite a bit the past couple of weeks.

 And bum Dustin that has enjoyed watching movies on his kindle.

Christmas Duds

I love the Sunday before Christmas.  This is everybody decked out in their Sunday best.  Thankful for the Savior and his birth that we can learn about him and have his example to follow.  Love the Sunday's we can sing music and worship in that way. Love this family of mine!

Caleb is home for Christmas and came over for some fun and games.  

 It was so nice to have all 5 kids out playing games and laughing together! Hopefully many more to come!

Winter Formal 2015

Last week was Winter Formal at the High School.  They may have had them before but not for a long time if they have. Bridget signed up to be on the committee so it involved several meetings and decorating for the dance.  She doubled with Whipple, Megan W. and Erica.  They came to our house and watched Mission Impossible 3 (I think) and had lasagna dinner.

 Bruce and I got to Chaperon - these were all taken at the dance.  The kids all danced with everybody and just with their date a few times.  Good mix and mingle time.

It was a great night with great kids.  We had it upstairs at Mountain Meadows and it turned out really pretty.  Another thing checked off my list as done!

Reindeer Games

Tylinn's 6th grade class - Mr. Maner's does Reindeer Games every year before Christmas Break.  Rhett did it his year he was in his class and has gone back to help ever since because it is a day of finals and he hasn't had to take finals. Mr. Maner invited Derik and I to go and watch this year so the bus dropped him off at Capps.  We watched the games then in the afternoon Kaylee's class had their class party so it was a great day for Derik there and a great day for me to hang out with my kids.
