The Boys Christmas Program songs

Here is one of Landons songs he sang at his christmas program. Watch how hyper he was at the begining and how he falls off at the end. Were so proud!

Preston is on the top row with his best friends on the left of him. They spent the whole time fooling around. Once again, we are so proud.

Lastly, here is our Parker singing and doing some great actions to go with his song.

Our Visit with Santa

Ok so our church had a Christmas party and Santa was going to be there. Landon was so excited that when we got into the car he said "I am so gonna scream like a girl when I see Santa" then proceeded to ask if there was going to be a slide (we assume that he got that idea from the chrismas story movie. Then after finally convincing him that they were not building a slide at chruch for them to slide away from santa in he wouldn't even talk to santa. He sat on his lap acting shy and when Santa asked what he wanted for Christmas he wouldn't answer, so Santa asked "Do you want tinker toys?" and Landon noded yes! It's classic.

Our Christmas Tree

Here are the boys after decorating the tree. Ian was totally into it this year saying "This one is mine" when picking up each ornament.

The floors are done!

Rick finished the floors in the dining room last week and built the cupboards that go in there. We have the trim ordered and that will be the last step, but at least we can get our christmas tree up now.

All complete. Rick and our good friend John put the wood floor in themselves. After 14 long hours yesterday they were finished and they did an awsome job. THANK YOU JOHN!! We couldn't have done it with out you.

Happy Veterans Day!

The boys had a Veterans Day program today at school. It was Preston's first Band experience. Here are some clips of the band and of preston and parker singing.

"My Bad Dream"-by Parker

Here is a story that I thought you might enjoy that Parker wrote at school.
"Omce Ii had a horrible dream. I dreamt that I was attacked by aliens, monsters, and dragons. It was horrible. First I was playing around outside when all of a sudden aliens took me into there flying socer. They threw me into a box full of dinamite. Then they threw me out. I landed in a tree. I finally got out of the box. The tree blew up. I jumped out just in time. Then ginormous monsters and beasts attaced me. I blew them up with my dads biggest bazooka. They landed on the moon. Next dragons flew over head. They shot gallons and gallons of yellow, blue, black black, and red fire at me. The blue fire hit me after that I had water and ice powers. I shot liquid nitrogen at all of the giant dragons. They froze and fell on me. They broke my skull. The skin on my head peeled open and bugs crawled out. Then I woke up I had fallen out of my bed. Thank goodnes it 3was only a bad dream that was the scariest day of my life!!!"

Ok I typed it word for word so if there are any spelling mistakes they are his. Enjoy. I especially liked the end when bugs crawled out of his skull. I found out that this was a story that Parker and Preston made up one night when they should of been sleeping.

Fun at Valas Pumpkin Patch

Here are the boys driving a 4 person bike thingy. They got it stuck and it was funny watching Preston and Parker trying to get it going again. I couldn't help them because they were too far away and luckily Ian was belted in. They eventually got it going again.

The only picture of me at the pumpkin patch. Rick wasn't able to go so I took them by myself and they were awsome. Everyone got along and I don't think I yelled at all. It was a great afternoon.

Parker's Baptisim

Parker turned 8 on August 27th. He was baptized on September 16th. It was a wonderfull day that we shared with our family and friends. Grandma Beach spoke on being baptized and Grandpa Beach spoke on the Holy Ghost. We had everyone write their testimonies on cards for him while he was changing. He loved reading them and they are a great reminder of his special day.
