SNOW

Yep it snowed in Orange today. It was lovely watching the big fluffy flakes falling, (not so nice driving or walking in it and getting wet socks)
Unfortunately by the afternoon it had stopped snowing and it has all melted away :(

This was the snow starting to fall as I was leaving the hospital and starting to settle

and when I got home

Apparently in the small villages outside of town it was about 2inches deep. See what over night brings

Once Upon A Sketch time

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the Brisbane Papercraft and Scrapping Expo. The highlight for me is always catching up with amazingly gorgeous girls I have met on the Scrapbooking sites on the net.I also attended a couple of classes and got to spend 5 days with my bestfriend:) Plus this year Miss Annette and Miss Kim came along with me and made the time so much fun. I probably wasnt myself but as I had my 93 year old Mum on my mind as she wasnt well when I left and ended up being taken to hospital by ambulance the day I was leaving to go home. She is still in hospital at the moment, old age sucks!
I have some pics to share of our time in Brissy

Miss Kim on the bus as we leave , already missing her babies. Note it is still dark, yep had to get up at 5am to catch bus at 5.45 am, I DONT do Mornings , and Orange is usually minus some degrees at that time.

At the airport having lunch, we had 2 or 3 hours to fill in but it went pretty fast and its always fun people watching

My Best Friend Leanne and her baby flossy (she is very cute, and very spoilt) and we spoilt her some more

We are at a big complex filled with different antique shops and this was a cute little 50's cafe

Miss Annette, looking gorgeous and ready for the expo. She was soooooo excited! I got jumped on in bed that morning and then chased  with a hairbrush to get ready, she just couldnt wait to get there

DOLLY

Yep this is a layout of me when I was little. It is the youngest photo that my parents have of me ( I used to think I was adopted because there are no baby pics, but I look far to much like my brothers I since realize lol) and Hence how I got the nickname Dolly, because my brother thought I looked like a Doll, ok you can stop laughing now, but I was kinda cute back then lol.
