We jam-packed June with fun stuff.  First of all, school ended (last field trip …),

and had some field day shenanigans ...

We began our summer tradition of inheriting Sydney as often as we can.

This child became an official teenager.

This rock star went on a jazz band trip to southern California, where they performed on the pier in Santa Monica and hung out at Disneyland & Six Flags.  He insisted that neither of his super cool parents were allowed to chaperone.  Ok fine. :)

Then he spent a week in the great outdoors at Adventures for Youth.  It's EFY but also includes horseback riding, ropes courses, river rafting, rock climbing and movie making, apparently.  He and a few buddies recorded a trailer for a horror flick.  It was pretty sweet scary.

Check out the family resemblance between the Mayfield boys.  Youngest brother, Ben, got married so we had the whole Mayfield clan around for a couple of weeks.

Mike & Haley spent almost a week at Girls Camp.  Check out Gru and his minions.  haha!

Christian & Mike both received the Thomas S. Monson scouting award.

We rode the ferris wheel at Scheel's with Aunt Erin, and had lots of photo opps at the store.

Also visited the aquarium that day...

Haley and Kate (Haley always refers to Kate as her "ginger") went to Space Camp for the second time.  They spent a week there and had such a blast being geeks. :)

We also threw in a trip to Sun Valley, but that deserves its own post….
