If last year's raya, I had my first time raya-ing with friends by rented bus....


I had my first time this year raya-ing by car with friends!!



This time round we had only the senior selatrans plus 3 year 2s. How glad I was when i knew they joined us!!

It was saturday morning. And I was all set and ready at 10 am! And how best it was to just wait for someone to pick me up, n i didnt have to walk long long distance to bustops/stations with heels! =D

Most of my Selatra friends are taking car/motor licence and some, had took and already passed! So Aidil and Fir were the car captains of the day.

Fir rented a white Nissan sunny car and Aidil drove his mom's red Kenari perodua.

I was in Fir's car from the moment he fetched raudah n us who stayed in the east, till the 2nd house. After which I switched to Aidil's car since there were 3 of them wearing white in that car n i was wearing white too! So that made the car filled with whites!

oh, please excuse his shades. haha!


It was fun travelling together, despite the errors in routes. sesat n all. See that fir's car at the back!

Oh did I forget to tell that there was another captain too? yeps! Irsyad on his own vespa!

10 house in total! fun!! from 11 plus in the morning.. till err... 1.35 am that I reached home! hahaa! glad they send me home coz there arent any bus huh! I was extreme tired that i kept falling asleep in the car.

And in the last 2 house, I think I am half asleep, n that my brain was partially working, coz i can hardly understand what they were saying. I think maybe becoz I was so full too! Out of the 10 houses, 9 houses actually prepaid us food!

aidil's place: mee rebus
raudah's place: bone steak and mee hoon goreng
umar's place: nasi and lontong with ayam goreng n udang
my place: spaghetti
irsyad's place: epok2 sadin n kentang
fir's place: mee bakso
ashik's place: capati and roti kirai
Cik mail's place: wat did i eat? i think nasi n some lauk with ayam
Qass/didi's place: roti john mutton

I didnt skip even one lar! Coz my mom always n always tell me that when people come to our house and didnt eat what she prepared, she'll be uttermost sad!

So i think that all moms would feel the same way too. Better eat a bit lar when they already serve us. But when the food is delicious...! i cant help but not to take a bit! ahhaha! The gerls were like comparing their tummy at night. really!! too full!!

Friday night was the night of Geteran Jiwa. I must say it was a splendid job from npmss. coz we liked it~

After so looooooooooong of resting and increasing masses, we're finally back to season mode of trainings!
N it feels good to crap around with these girls. :)


I had a fun time for a start. Our traning was just running to from sports hall to the newly opened Admiralty park, where we then had our photoshoot session. Some job of IVP 08 publicity huh..

There were just too much laughter. Crazy mates.

Raya-ing with cutie pie misha! So adorably cute with her kebaya and hand beg!

Since kakak cant go jln2, we brought Misha along to have the feel of Hari Raya. Hari Raya is for kids to enjoy themselves. oh so true!!

Mom said dats the same samping dad wore during their "nikah" moment. Still looks good after almost 29 yrs.

So happy of her!!








A sec 4 student from Victoria School, which also means my brother's senior, was hit by car in front of their school. Was hospitalised, and died last Thurs. Such a tragedic incident for the whole school, esp for his friends who're gonna sit for O level in few days' time. This is sad.
So much accidents in the papers too.

People, be alert on the road. Value life.You have ur loved ones out there.

N its weekends again! hooooooooray!!

The time we students always look fwd to.

It also means another round n round of jln2 raye with the beloved family!


Now lets see some raye moments captured this week. We had the HRC or Hari Raya Celebration on tuesday in school. Last 2 yrs n last yr were deeparaya but this time round its not combined.
There were lines of items on stage during lunch time.

n oh! for the first time, I wasnt involve in any.
Good job to the organizing comm and helper.

The best part is, everyone there was in baju melayu!! except for some la huh who were uninformed.

Suprisingly Qas darling came! long time didnt see her!

The normal malay stuffs, tarian... graceful indeed! I love watching tarian!

Dikir barat... err majority oh them are year ones!

I bet everyone had a joyous weekend huh~
Food! people! money! baju!

Everyone seemed soooo happy but tired. Tired due to tooooooooo much to do on the night of raya. last min preparation!

This year round my family was in black and green.
My poor pooor sis who just gave birth to darling Mikail last week is not able to jln2 raye... so sad! :(

I promised mom that I'll print the pictures out.
She kept complaining how bad digital cameras are.. coz she cant see the results since she doesnt know how.

To her, hard copies are better. They give more sentimental value when u see pictures in an album. I agree on this part =D
