so like I said there was BBQ last tuesday! It was GREAT!!! The best part was the INITIAL phase! Azimah and I agreed to come at 3. But since its raining and since its near, I took my own sweet time and decided to leave my place at 3.

Why do people blog anyways? I think I was asked b4. Well, different people set for different purposes though. But most of 'em I see, is retelling about what happened/events and feelings/thoughts and such.
Some ppl dont see the need of it. But if u ask me, i love it! coz u noe why.. I love reading archives. Imagine 2-3 years later, And im reading current post, Im sure i'll be smiling to on my own. When u read way previous2 posts, u tend to recall memories, and they are sweet. really! sometimes its like, u couldnt even believe that u actually wrote that years ago. haha! eyay!! finally i can update!! coz u noe why...! I have ze pics!!! eyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Lets talk about the tennis we had! After much filtering!! understand understood, when gerls are having fun, they can much hideous n to the extent abit tk snonoh haha!
started of the day with Rai coming over to meet Misha baby. We then cooked some french toast and scramble eggs. Rai with her nonsensical idea, wanted to fry the eggs with honey stars??? crazy!! of course its a no! hahaa. We had our own feast with hot chocalate drinks. Misha's food was only the honey stars though. Its was a cozy afternoon. And right after that... yes, u guess it rite... the 3 of us dozed off to a nap hahah!
Was so comfortable that we didnt notice arafah came in N she woke us up! but soon, she joined us for the nap... zZzZzZzzzzz......
It was 4 o clock and we lazily got ourselves ready. Azimah asked us to be there at 4.30!! haha but we wished to asar at my house fers. So yah, like u guess.. she went grumpy wumpy for us being late.. hehee
And then.. yeaaaaaaaaaah the tennis began!!

Today is the last problem of A211 module. Reflect on your A211 learning journey. What have you gained from your class and this module? Have you grown as a learner/person after taking this module?
Honestly speaking, I do not learn much from this module. Even if I do, it is mostly a surface learning only.
I personally feel that PBL itself is already a tough manner to learn. We need to chew and digest everything in a day. And there is no specific content or syllabus that we should follow. All we learn is how to tackle a given problem related to the topic.
However, it is still manageable for other modules like biomaterials, material processing and all. Because it involves only reading and understand the things and methods. But it is certainly not a good way of learning Maths through PBL. I am not being pessimistic here but this are what the students feel after some problems of A211.
Maths require us to understand the concept very well and need us to practice a lot of such questions so we are able to manipulate the problem with the learnt method. However, in what we are doing now, each time in class, we are trying to grasp the understanding section, which is usually achieved only by a few. Those that are totally lost will remain lost. It is not that they do not have the initiative to learn on themselves, but when they try to search on something about it on net, they still do not understand what's written, what more doing the worksheet questions. If such problems are taught, these students can see better, and at least, have a better grasp on the basic of the concept.
And since RP is a PBL institution, perhaps a mixture can be done. PBL can work for other modules but it won't work alone for Maths. It is a very poor and sad thing that some of the students that actually do not understand much but can pass, because they contribute bits and bits for daily grades and hence their daily grades stop them from failing. A 'C' is also considered pass though. Contribute bits and bits does not mean the person has grabbed the objective of the problem. Pass without understanding really does not tally.
So yah, I do not really grow into a better learner but I do have a better insight of what should and should not be PBL-ed. I can now conclude that not all problems can be solved in one way.

School is left with 1 more day!! yipeeeeeeeeee! can u imagine how ive been longing for it. but sadly its only a 3 weeks break?? nandayoooooooo!! y y y!! these ppl must not have thought about the stresses and dreadfulness we students face.
Then again, 3 weeks are better than nothing~
I ponned with some of the gerls today. Simply due to the reason that I have not skip a lesson for this module and I was tooooo lazy to solve problems in class anymore! really! even yesterday, when I was in class, I was like just browsing through and typed like.. 2 lines in a slide? haha!
Seriously, this sem has been a slack one for me. Im just too lazy. When afah n rau were talking about how many 'A's they got for daily grades for a module, I was like.. hmm.. mine is like LESS than half of theirs. heheeee... oh man, guess im violating my own law of being a 'GOOD' student.
Lets pray hard for a good overall grades kk? Ameen.
ok back to the story! i skipped today! we had breakfast @ Mac for a start. We skipped class but we didnt plan of going anywhere. And for me, coz Im suppose to have FYP in the afternoon and training at 5. So we just sit around and played XBOX again! haha. I was too lazy to go out jalan2. XBOX was fun coz we were noisy. Funny part was Azimah got all frustrated over a game that cannot be played live. hahaha, and went all grumpy2. She's cute alright
Well, Ok we had lunch afterwards. so here comes the part. My friends went off for a movie after lunch. I was not in their thoughts perhaps. And i thought that we ponned together. I was like.. hmm ok, so Im being left alone la huh.
So I was being an emo shit.
Y the heck am i getting so sensitive lately. hahah! good question. I dunno. I can be sensitive at even small2 things, actions/sayings that are not supposed to be emo-ed about. hmm?
oklah, lets try not to be carried away by mood swings or whatever it is called. I doubt its a mood swing coz its not even the beginning of the new month for me.

Hey, coz I got FYP rite.. yep2.. gondoo FYP. Lets blame FYP.
Just as I thought we were having an FYP meeting, to discuss what we would doing next sem, I was so WRONG. Coz u noe wat? My team met in Lab coz the facis wanted some photo-taking session. posing with the machines of course. OMG la. I want to kick Mdm Vicky can?
So the so called FYP meeting lasted for like.. 10 mins? haizz...
Cant they do it some other time.. so I can watch movie also... hmm tp mcm ade duwet je :(
But lucky rai changed her mind and stayed in school. So yeah, got some company. So we just chit-chatted n she studied b4 her UT time.
So bla bla bla, waited for raudah n yes! training! I told her i wanna run. coz ive been eating eating alot lately. But darn, as they say be careful of what u wish for.
haha! coz we had some fitness training today! Its something extra than the usuals we normally do, apart from the IVP period. Run? yes i got to run! n its round the whole school. Like so long nvr do and the start is always ouch! if u got wat i mean. but its ok. really! I like it!
N i double like it! coz he came down to RP's sport hall and played tennis with rai n hisyam. n oh! i got my hands on tennis for the first time!! haha warm up la kira for friday. But i wont call it warm up coz I sucked. So.. mission for friday is just to have fun for me. hahaha! coz i noe i wont play well. but heyy.. must think positive la huh. InsyaAllah fri can do better!
n waaaaah...! join hisyam bola pulak die.. hehee. its cute though.

The sis had ze very first open house for ze new home at tamp! Yes. Its tamp blk 149, somewhere just opposite century Square. How nice to stay there where u have 2 big shopping malls infront.
N better, 168 is just infront of the block! hahaa! ofcoz the 168 is totally not a matter to her.
but according to some makciks/pakciks, the place is not friendly in terms of parking lot. Agreed! If u drive over, MOST of the losts are reserved! for the residents. just bcos theres malls infront. hmm..
The cutie baby has a slide! N dat small house underneath. She actually went in and wanted to pull me in too! hahahah! gerl, mane muat?????
N her cute room. I slept in dat bed of hers coz I really had nothing to do n was bored! I was supposed to help my sis out, but erm.. she always had helped herself! hee.. Theres alot of ppl ofcourse.. from our side, and from her husband's side. And from our side, there from my mum side and from dad's side. So u see, theres always ppl in and out from noon till night. Oh well, its normal of open house la huh.
I like the teee veee n i wish we have one here. haha! and the sofas, like those u see in advertisements, where u can sort of pull out to rest ur feet and rest ur back, dat kind of sort.
dats epul, my bro-in-law's nephew. Funny dat he calls my sis bibik but calls me kakak, hahaha!
The fam is gonna be a bit weird la.. coz my bro-in-law's eldest sis is the same age as my mom. so.. hmm fhm2
So... congratz to kakak n abg shafri for their new home!! n ouh, the best part, new baby is coming very soon! in a month or two. Im being excited here! hahaa

Yesterday was indeed wonderful. Its been a very long time since I last spent the whole day out with him. Didnt regret that i ponned, though rai said Lab management was easy. =D
Its expensive lah! n its VERY chocalaty. It will harden onto the food that u dip in so it wont drop along the way to ur mouth! nice!
Caught Rush Hr 3 then. Very hilarious! before we proceeded to Lau Pa Sat to meet rai n fren.
Waited for the night to come for some fireworks! wohooooooo! 15 mins of show was too short i think. But it was soooooooo nice!!! felt like its coming nearer n nearer to me. can someone tell me how they make these fireworks?
Whole day out was tiring!! I wanna sleep the whole day tmr!

It was a tiring monday.. as we headed home quite late huh.. and AGAIN, I simply couldnt wake up this morning. I was rushing all the way. N I did some sprinting this morning! haha! i think that was the time that woke me up.
OK in sch..Oh! guess what! for the first time... ever in my life.. that I played XBOX! OMG! i cant believe myself either! Coz i never like games! Azimah n I sure had lots of fun n laughter n noises! Something I wont forget coz for the first time also, we accidently missed 2nd meeting! Unintentionally ofcourse! coz we thought there were'nt any as per normal lab session.

Today, some effort has been put in to learn. However, you appeared to be easily distracted by MSN conversations. Do try to keep distractions to a minimal so that you can devote the time to learning and sharing with your fellow classmates. You are definitely capable of putting in a much better performance.
Lesson learnt:
Get a seat in class thats near to the wall, so Facis are not able to see wat ure doing. -_-

There's something that I heard about that saddened me. Ofcourse I cant disclose the case but its just saddens me, knowing that its all about the people I have always respect n looked up to. Oh dear.. N its just the place and environment I have always love, cherish and always wish I could be there.
Whats wrong with these people? Jealousy, Hatred n Revenge. Blame those. We tend to forget friends, their feelings, when we have those. We dont even bother to think how much the one had contibuted to the place! Its sad yah..

Its been a sick week for me! I started off with flu last week. Followed by some stomach cramps i had. So I had only 2 days of school. N dat makes my Day 2 and Day4 un-pon-table for now. how sad :(
Backbone of the event: the culturephilic comm.. Well Done~
Hus N I in green. The leaders were asked to wear green. Oh, excuse Dan in the middle. He's always everywhere. Hahaha!
These are the kids. The initial phase was hard when u have to make them talk! They didnt know everyone yet so the paiseh2 was always there for most of them.
N I think they got at ease when its time for games. Coz its when u need teamwork n its shouting time. We played "step-up", the game.. that u have to step on others' balloons n protect yours. n our group won!
After all the get-to-know-one-another, the highlight of culturephilic began. Basically, we just had to learn the basics of all 4: dikir, tarian, silat n pentas.
So u can imagine how we got the silat boys to do tarian. Mcm transformers. hahaa! but its fun n i think everyone had good laughs.

There are things like joget, lenggang and zapin. Its not easy to coordinate your movement of feet and hands at the same time! haha!

The person kept emphazing of words articulation. When ure on stage, u need to articulate ur dialogue. U need to be clear so u wont get the ppl turned off. N To be natural n not to act although ure on stage.

I always thought that tepuk sepuluh means clap 10 times. hahaha! i was wrong. There's a beat that u have to follow. N I think its not easy to focus at the beat n at the same time focusing the lyrics that u have to sing together.There were some crazy games in betweens ofcourse.
N by the night, these kids had to perform, out of what they learn in the day! So there's a mixture of everything. 2 teams combined so there's only 2 large performing team.
