Oh yes rai! I totally agree with u. That insane guy spoilt the event. Actually I noticed him before he went on stage. The way he dressed told me he was not ok. But I thought its normal... coz usually majlis2 jempotan salu ade org2 cm ni. He wore this jeans with coat.. n ade bnde bnyk gntong2 pt leher... with a cap. He brought along a luggage.

When UNIC interacted with the audience, they asked for a male teenager to come up and sing along. Just instantly, that insane guy came up. He sang and danced before even being asked. heh. UNIC was like "sabar bang sabar". He even rapped the nasyid. We were all like.. oh dear.. that was so embarrasing. hahaha, even my cousin who just graduated from Aljunied told me that dorng mcm nk pukul bantai je org tu. well, cant blame him for not being normal either *shrugs*

So overall performane was nice laa.. hey I like their songs ok.. but its like.. u like them.. but u cant scream or clap for them in a place like that. hehehe. last 2 years was Raihan, last year was Hijjaz, n now its UNIC. kaye la dorng bleh jmpot2

Oh n just now arafah, raudhah n I saw Fitri up close n live! weeeeeee~ tkya baya $5 utk signature. ofcoz, raudhah was the most excited one. hehe ... It was by luck. We did our asar prayers in the musolla. Den we took the female stairs. Yah u noe over there, males n females are always separated. diff class n diff staircase so the chances to meet the other sex is less. So I guess Fitri took the wrong staircase coz he didnt know. So we met him there by luck!

I had a great day today. Tmr, time to rest! gerls!! don 4get to pass me the pix ok~~~

Was kinda suprised seeing a mother and a father of a new freshman who actually came down to our school to look around for their child CCA. Its like wow, already tertiary level still concern until like that.. hehex!

So when we were having our training just now, they came and approached us. They asked questions like how do we cope with CCA n studies in RP. How do we find RP so far. The mother told us that she was really worried coz RP is new and not known to have any achivement. So her child, dunno daughter or son, didnt get other polys but RP. Shes afraid that her child wont be able to cope with studies, cca, PP and CE. Dats wat she said laa.. heehee.. releax la cik.. ktorg slack2 laa.. haha

Just another type of parents. very unlike mine. They dont even know what modules Im learning. hahaha! They trust me and give me the freedom... weee~ I just love my life. They never call and ask where I am and such, like my friends' parents do. =D

So tmr we'll be heading off to madr aljunied. nk tgk UNIC eh rau? hehehe.. her reaction was super cute when rai informed us that Inteam will be there. jgn main2.. raudhah is a die-hard fan of Inteam ok.. hehe.. tp awww.. rai was wrong.. not Inteam but UNIC... looking fwd to meet fairuz n hannah though. hopefully they're coming too.

Ok so 1 week has passed. heh quite fast isnt it. So the fers week in Year 2 was not that bad after all. The peepz inside my class are ok so far.. only a few whom I have personally crossed an X. u wat i mean. coz they're helpless!!! hahah.. ok ok maybe im a bit mean.. lets give them some chance la.. perhaps they're lil bit shy huh...

So I had chemistry for the 1st day. quite interesting to learn molecules back! well yah more detailed i guess..n the fac was good coz she teaches well.

Den I had Microbio on the 2nd day. oh yes.. we learnt about clashes of scientist. Some believe that living things can rise from non living things while some not. n they had different experiments to show their views, of course. They're just puzzled themselves of where do living things come from. even the micro things like bacteria, they wondered how do they pop out from nowhere.

For the 3rd day I had material sci.. haha we learnt about bicycles. cool huh.. the materials of its frame.

N the last, I had physics. time to recall all those waves n sound! yeah.. listening to more than 80 dB over few seconds a day can damage ur ear! n if ur ear is damaged, there's this implant thingy in which they will poke it into ur bones on ur head at the back of ur ear. ouch!

So everyday science is ok laaa i think.. hopefully I can endure them for the next 15 weeks!

Listen here!!! I have a tremondously GOOD news!! My debts are done!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~~ believe it or not!! its over!! no more debts to William! Im free! Now I can 'feel' my own cash!yes!! every month since last November, I received a monthly pay but never 'feel' it man! everything went to William! Im just soooo hepi lar!!

Very funny that I have collected up till April and at the very last minute he told me its only till March. heh! n so I have the balance laa~ heeeex. but but but...Im just too happy that now the balance is all used up!

ahahah I treated myself for joy! I bought myself a pair of jeans, a skirt, 2 tshirts which amounted to $40.. heh quite cheap la.. If Misha can have 4 types of clothes that cost $155.... then what I spent on should be considered very cheap. hahaa!

and I got a pair of new sneakers! yeah bebeh!!! It cost 60 bucks man. The one I always wear is now so hopeless. Everytime theres rain, my feet is surely gonna be soaked. lobang her lobang there, lobang everywhere. So I got a new one yesterday. We went out to shop at Bedok. My mom, my 2nd sis, my bro, myself and baby misha of course. An experience to bring a baby along. heh! we were all ready to go out when she... alamak... berak plak.. haiya! Its fun when u hef to push the pram in n out of the bus.

awww... shes just too adorable n getting cuter each day. shes one lil fierce baby. She fell n accidently knocked her chin on the cupboard n we expected her to cry. But she didnt. Instead, she scolded the wooden cupboard. In her own language of course. funny gerl.

She has no teeth but ate those biscuits by herself. oooouh i feel like cubberizing her..!

Ok I have to say Im impressed by some of the boys in school who've initiated to appeal for a shuttle bus. Yes, a shuttle bus to the mosque for friday prayers. I received this one mail that they are calling out for the male muslim students to gather for a meeting with the SLA people. Courageous of them. Before, Cikgu Aliza, an SAS fac, too had proposed to have a prayer room for us Muslims, but was rejected. However, they said that they wont mind if we do our prayers in some empty spaces in school. Its just that they wont set aside a speacial area for us.

so the result? Khai told me that they are still in process and MAYBE, they are going to do so. Its either the An-Nur mosque or the one in sembawang.. wats the same? Syafaah i tink..
I told my mom abt this. She said that NUS did something the same. They call an ustaz frm outside n hef their own jemaah IN school. nice.
That's all I have to say.. mabruk lakum.

So the first day of sch wasnt bad after all. yah. so its everyday science for me. oo0o0 best~ but can be a lil bit tiring don cha tink. cant wait for lab sessions! i need a lab coat. I want a new one, can i? can i not use my sis's lab coat...? plz mak hehe =D ....nemindlaaa tk crewet!

Kak Halimah yg tua aku setahun tu pon pna klua suratkaba psl da hafal kesemua 30 juz.. tabik2.. yg lebeh memalukan, bile de tunjok bdk 11 tahun... da pon hafal 3-4 juz.. adoo.. hebat btol ehh dorng.. terasa rendah sungguh diri ni..

It is a wonderful learning for us....

Since last night my young son has been unwell. When I got back from work this evening I decided to take him to hospital despite my exhaustion. There were many waiting; perhaps we will be delayed by more than an hour. I took my number and sat down in the waiting room. There were many faces, young and old, but all silent. Some brothers made use of the many booklets available in the waiting room. Some of those waiting had their eyes closed, while others were looking around. Most were bored. Once in a while the long silence was broken by a nurse calling out a number. Happiness appears on the one whose turn it is, and he gets up quickly; then silence returns.

A young man grabbed my attention. He was reading a pocket-sized Qur`an continuously; not raising his head even once. At first I did not think much about him. However, after one hour of waiting my casual glances turned into a deep reflection about his lifestyle and how he utilizes his time. One hour of life wasted! Instead of making benefit of that hour, it was just a boring wait.

Then the call for prayer was made. We went to pray in the hospital's mosque. I tried to pray close to the man who was reading the Qur`an earlier in the waiting room. After the prayer I walked with him. I informed him of how impressed I was of him and how he tries to benefit from his time. He told me that most of our time is wasted without any benefit.

These are days that go from our lives without being conscious of them or regretting their waste. He said that he started carrying the pocket-sized Qur`an around when a friend encouraged him to make full use of his time. He told me that in the time other people waste he gets to read much more of the Qur`an than he gets to read either at home or in the mosque. Moreover, besides the reward of reading the Qur`an, this habit saves him from boredom and stress. He added that he has now been waiting for one and a half hours. Then he asked, when will you find one and a half hours to read the Qur`an?

I reflected; how much time do we waste? How many moments of our lives pass by, and yet we do not account for how they passed by? Indeed, how many months pass by and we do not read the Qur`an? I came to respect my companion, and I discovered that I am to stand for account and that time is not in my hand; so what am I waiting for? My thoughts were interrupted by the nurse calling out my number; I went to the doctor. But I want to achieve something now.

After I left the hospital I quickly went to the bookshop and bought a pocket-sized Qur`an. I decided to be mindful of how I spend the time.

AH! dgn terkejot nye bile carik2 buku nahu tu tkde!! bongkar sane bongkar sini tetap tkde! dgn penuh resah dan kesedihan, sungguh tk tao la kan ape nk bwat, menyesal pon ade sbb blj last menet. kalo blj siang2 kn bole pinjam org ke ape la kan. tp da kol 3 pagi ape nk bwat.. tp naseb baek la jgk ektuali psl ade kakak la kan.. so pakai buku die.. yg agk da burok cket.. n tk same la seh.. kn kalo buku sndiri ade catatan2 sndiri... tp tkpe tkde pilihan laen!

Alhamdulillah its over~ yes, the successful computing is over! hahah.. been holding the butterflies on my tummy throughout the nite. managed to sleep around 2 am and was widely awoke at 430 am!

I was paired up with Jude, someone I dont even know. Galliston Newton Jude Anthony. haaa, tell me wat comes to ur mind when u see such name? ingt ang moh mane la kan sedetik name cine pn tkde. tp tk ah.. His contact number was also given so that we could coordinate our presentation beforehand. heh! but they gave me a wrong number! ive added him online but he never online ler. hopeless!

So I reported this matter to the person in-charge and they told me to begin with solo until they could find any person left to be paired up with me. solo? me? handle a class of 25 alone? hmm.. a bit scarry but.. sounds fine with me la...

And on the day itself, I was blessed when this girl approached me and asked if I have partner. She too, did know her buddy. So ape lg, we got to know each other and paired ourselves up. She was a nice girl indeed, for a first impression. Fazlyn was her name.

So off we went to the class given to us. suprise2 to see Leandra in my class! heard b4 the shes coming to Rp. n So we started. We agreed that I present and she went around to check n help the students, and she can cut through at any time if she got any to add in. Knowing myself, I will always be nervous for a start. but once ive started, I can get carried away and will start to talk n talk n talk n soon the nervousness vanishes. Alhamdulillah it was like that again for today. The powerpoint Ive prepared earlier was something worthwhile afterall~

The students were great. Can see that they coorperated n responded much. n we got to know one another. hahaha i remembered last yr, i didnt really pay attention to the senior trainer! Ive gt to know from them that the class they were in today is gonna be their class for semester 1! great isnt it!! they got to know one another before sch even starts. To know your classmates on the first day of sch is nt really a gd idea coz it will affect ur grade. Coz u dont know them yet and u'll be a lil bit shy and it'll be hard to discuss and work together as a team. Am I right? to me its like dat laa... n oh yah, this class.. haha its like over populated with malays! arnd 70 - 80% ade ah..

n yep, ive got a wonderful experience today~ i wonder how sch gonna be like nxt week. oouuuuuh hopefully i got nice classmates for myself as well, Ameen.

ahh im enjoying staying at home today.. it feels sooo good!! n another day at home tmr~ can sleep n sleep.. n wake up in the noon. must fully utilise these last few days before sch starts again!!

its been 5 weeks of holidays but I had spent most of the days in sch!! kalo tk in sch pon.. ade jee kene kua tmpt laen!

firstly i got my trainings.. its like twice or thrice a week(depends)...

den Im in the SAS commitee.. the meetings are like so frequent.. n am very busy preparing the FOP event.

den the MCG meetings ofcourse.. we're preparing the CCA fair.. ive done the decoration planning n budget listing already.. i went to popular to check the prices of items needed, raudah went to the kain shop to help me check the prices as well. BUT! I was told that i have to search for at least 3 shops for comparison.. so we can get the cheapest.. aww man.. tu mls cket ah.. perlu ker? Fir was in the logistics last year n he told me he nvr did such things!

haa other than skul stuffs here.. i also got tuitions!! yea man.. cant stop dat.. need money!! its like 3 days a week la..

so in total...how many days left for me to rest?? HAHAA... funny laa.. i usually hear ppl complaining of boredom when it comes to holidays.. but for me.. erm.. can i extend the holidays???

hehe.. almost every day go out.. mommy is now a lil bit in doubt of where im off to every day. don wori la, house chores will always be done aite~
