I just bought the Lennox Firm Up Collagen drink not long ago from Caring Pharmacy.
It's only cost me RM 200++

I had bought two collagen drink and they free one box of 7 sachets Inner D'tox comes with shaker.
Inner D'tox help to eliminate the toxin and flushed out unwanted substances off  the body before I consume Lennox collagen drink ^.^

It also help to regular and consistent bowel movement.

After 7 days of eliminate the unwanted substances off from my body 

then is the time to consume my collagen already =)

After the balloons fly off then I walk around with the park and there are few games able to play with your friends.

I love Putrajaya 's buidling and the scenery of the lake in the park.
It make me feel like when am in the UK and with the nice grass and heritage building in UK even though the building don't have the heritage feel in Putrajaya but seriously I love their street light design and those building design especially the big Mosque.

Sunday morning I will meet up my colleagues and having lunch with them in Sg Buloh!

Outer Beauty

Now I only know that KL also got a lot of gorgeous and beautiful girls are fixing their beauty with money. I was thought it only common for Korean and Japanese , now Singapore also very common for plastic surgery already but I really don't know that in KL the girls were very young age *18-25* also go and have some plastic surgery to make their look more perfect in term of appearance.

Wow, I also feel like want to boost up my confident by that way. =)
I don't have that gut to do that but I pretty sure I will do it when the times was right. 90% sure!

Just ignore my eye. Damn fugly cause I was cried the day before like hell.

So my eye just swollen like a big ball.

I went to Pavilion with Charlotte last few days.We went to Pavilion to get some gifts for friends.
After that, Charlotte went to Dragon-i having her dinner and I just order a drink that too sweet for me.

I went to Mid Valley with Clarice and settle something in Maicsa and LJMU convocation stuffs  yesterday.
I just falling in love with one pair of shoes in MNG and a few dress and pants from MNG.oh my god!there was having a big sales on year end.So pack there.It's make me no mood to pick the clothes there.
The price was so cheap for that shoes RM149 only. I love the shoes so much but ..... =( sigh so I leave the shoes without bring it home. sob sob..

 

 I don't make up on that night so my face just look like sick and pale

This few days I had watched abundant of Lady First program.

I had learn a lot of beauty tips and knowledge from there.

Today I will share the knowledge with you all about the upgrading and take care of your breast and what kind of foods that able to up your cup^^

FOODS that contains protein able to upgrade your cup. It's include:

Seafood like fishes and prawns.

MILK, SOYA drink, boiled egg all contain very high protein.

Apple, Grape, alcohol also able to enhance your cup as well.

The foods above is to enhance inside the body.

So now talk about outside the body. It mean about the shape and how to maintain a nice shape and increase the cup.

EXERCISE everyday is a must methods in order to get a nice shape of boob^^

All you need to do is only spend few minutes like 10-15min to do such exercise everyday.

You can do it when you are shower, watching movie or drama, gym, yoga....and so on.

MASSAGE your boob in a right way with a right cream or lotion everyday. 

AND 

This is a super duper important things to remember girls.

MUST wear a correct size of BRA and wear it in a proper way!

I had saw and met a lot of girls who wear their bra inappropriate way and it will cause the breast to transform a ugly shape that everyone hate. (I also heard don't know from else where that sometimes it will cause a breast cancer.)

Ingredients are 山藥, apples, low fat/skimmed milks (for those people who underweight or over skinny I would be suggest to choose whole milks cause human also needs a healthy fat in our body). that it! No sugar but if you worry and doesn't like the 山藥taste you may can add some honey to make it more tasty.*my suggestion*

So you can enjoy the drink everyday^^ healthy and up up!^__^

Of cause the main ingredients consists of 山藥, Towel Gourd and Prawn.

Garlic, Green onion, oil, salt.

Simple and fast. 

1st, prepare and heat the pan, and pour some oil and fry the garlic then stir with 

the towel gourd and 山藥 after 1 minute then put your prawns into the pan and stir-fry all the ingredient for 3-4 minute and it's depend whether you want to have the crunchy taste or mushy. 

Then sprinkle some salt and stir again.

Last but not least, sprinkle some green onion on top as a topping and serve in plate^^

It depend on your taste.

Cooking is flexible it can cook the way you like and add some ingredients that you like to eat as long as it taste nice and match with it.

I have some collection of recipes and tips that I had collected on long time ago.

So i just try this product which is for dry and blemish prone skin.

Gently massage onto skin and avoid eyes.

the texture is feel like a sand paper

I still haven use it after I use only let you know the result.

 We must use it when your skin is dry, rubbing it one direction gently on a circular motion and not up and down.

when we finished apply a cool damp towel to the legs then use a moisturizer. 

clean the witts and use it next time.

It only can use once week to avoid irritation on your skin.^^

There are few types of shower therapy for Radox but I only get myself Moisture which is care for our body with Chamomile and Jojoba oil and Stimulate shower therapy which is revive our body with black pepper and ginseng.^^ wow cool man. I use ginseng for my shower wei~~~ ok....It is a ginseng extract only...* i don't think there is really hav a big portion of ginseng on the product *

It smell so good and this product is blending with natural herbs.

There is still a lot of skin care and beauty product out there which is we unable to get it on Malaysia.

How I wish I able to grab it all of them and use it to pamper myself...

I was doing my revision, all of sudden, I feel like try to play with my hair with paper bag to make a natural curly hair.

At the beginning I just feel nothing to do, since I'm so free then I decide to make my hair wavy with paper stripe, thought it won't success cause I dint make my hair a little bit wet, Michelle Phan's video showed and stated that your hair must half dry and half wet. 

It's curl my hair without heat and any hair appliances.

It's save cost and save electricity.

Beside that, it's wont damage your hair.

Recently I been watched all of their make up, skin care,hair styling and creativity on their beauty.Ai ya, whatever that related to woman's beauty they also have their own tutorials through video.

They have a mass of videos on beauty tutorials!

Wow. It's really guide me and gave me a lot of knowledge on beauty 

They also recommend some product which is workable for them but for my point of view, different people will have different of suitabilities for our skin complexion and others characters. 

So it's depends.

Both of them also very famous and distinguished by a lot of people in the world.

In contrast, I more prefer Queenie Chan beauty tutorials because she did studied and get all the information from professional or occupational person to get the valuable information.Beside that, her video sometimes does make me laugh over here.

She did shared with everyone what she doing such as Liposuction, double eyelid surgery, and so on.

She doesn't worried from others people knows that she was having some cosmetic surgery or whatever surgery to keep her beauty. I love Queenie Chan cause she so real in front of public and not cover up stories, acting or faking something that she want to hide from everyone. At least she can let me felt that she was real.

I tak boleh tahan( can't stand) with her Fergie *doggie* her favorite pets she own. She always kissed Fergie.
I can sense that sometimes Queenie Chan feel the lonely and the only pets able to accompany her and amuse her when she are moody.
She love her pets so much especially Fergie~

I love her presents the differentiation on breast implants tutorials, she did gave us a lot of valuable information and lesson that we no need to survey it our-self.

Ok. Michelle Phan might did it as well but compare to Queenie Chan, Michelle Phan's make up tutorials was a little bit ordinary and common but I quite enjoying her video as well just not much as Queenie Chan's beauty lesson perhaps she doing well in her video cause she covered up a variety of beauty lesson and knowledge that women that concerns most about.

Yesterday I went to Dr Ko Clinic to get some medicine for my skin.

I got some information about laser on my scars and Rhinoplasty.

My skin condition now should be around RM500 for one time laser. It's depends on the skin condition some need 5 times treatments some no need... depend how their skin rejuvenate. 

For Rhinoplasty is RM3800...

The plastic surgeon said Rhinoplasty only spend for 20 minute you can have a pretty nose already.

hmm~~

wow...

Suddenly I felt that original is much more better than plastic surgery but this Rhinoplasty only insert the silicon inside the nose so if u want your original nose back you can take it out at anytime.^^

The plastic surgeon showed me who did the plastic surgery before(the nurse and beauty consultants)...ya all of are look so pretty after Rhinoplasty but hmmmm some of them look very obvious that she had the plastic surgery before.

the look is a bit weird for me..

For me, original is the better one^^ hehe

Skin Care survey-double L

i accompany Clarice shopping today. i went to skin care counter and look for hydrating cleanser, toner and moisturizer. hmm....Clarice told me Lancome's cleanser is good. so i just went to parkson look for it. i not thinking of such brand because i was taught these skin care product sure very expensive but in actual is not. wow! Those cleanser which is suitable for me just less than RM100 for 200ml or 125ml . Unbelievable.

mousse radiance for cleanser by Lancome is very nice and this instant.It's also to reveal the fresh skin.This mousse have a very reasonable price, the price is around RM100 ++ only and it is 200ml if not mistake. The beautician from the Lancome counter told me that she also using this mousse currently and gave me a very nice comment about it. ( maybe she want to hit sales so she tipu(bluff) me la~ who know? ^^ xixixi)


GOOD!
Gel radiance for cleanser is to remove make up and impurities, it's also reveal purified so this cleanser is suitable for me because it wont causing my skin dry and feel tight after i am use it. ^^
this cleanser is affordable for me, it just cost around RM80 ++ for 125ml only (if not mistake la)

This is fluid cream for hydration.

eye gel

i also had tried Hydra Zen Neurocalm moisturizing lotion, gel essence, night cream and eye contour cream but this eye cream is not oily and sticky after used. the eye cream just feel like gel and fluid when used it but these product range is more expensive a little bit la such as RM 150 or RM190++

the texture is really nice, smooth and very fast to absorb into skin.

i had try this cleanser at the parkson counter just now, for me it feel nothing. wakaka~~because for cleanser i think all almost the same but my friend had told me that Lancome cleanser had won a prizer for skin care product for few years. Her sister also using their product so i believe what Clarice told me la~~because she had used before.

after that i had tried a few skin care from Parkson counters such as Laneige, Clarins, shiseido, Lancome, H2O, Origin. The most best texture i had tried is Lancome, H2O and Laneige hydrating product. I am looking for hydrating skin care so i just look for hydration product lor~~
Clarice had bought the Laneige's sleeping mask. oh my god! Laneige sleeping mask only cost RM100. i think Laneige's sleeping mask is more better than The Faceshop 's sleeping mask...sob!sob! After i used The Faceshop sleeping mask i felt nothing on it.

Clinique and Bio therm i dont want to try because i used before. i does not felt is suitable for my skin maybe i used control oil and oil free product. Clinique blemish product is not nice to use because it's too dry d. yer~~ does not like it much. Bio therm ? i felt nothing from this product. so also no comment on it.


i felt the cleansing waters is convenient to use and nice...


Water purifying -mint essential water 200ml

It's cleansing with water...without rinse with water. It's feeling with 'water rinsed' cleansing.
perfect for women in a hurry, for those who practice for a sport or for use during travel. ^^

i forgot to ask the price..hehe...so i guess maybe between RM100-RM200.


Laneige

Water Bank hydro gel 50ml RM 158 or below RM100 (if not mistake) Aiya~~ forgot d la!I can't remenber the price d, I remember too much of the product price. confuse jor~ the texture if this product also very nice, smooth and quikly absorb into my skin, maybe my skin on my hand is too dry d so the skin care absorb very faster.

Ordinarily

i had bought hydrating mask and exfoliating pad from H2o. my skin condition cant using scrub to remove the dead skin cell and dirt so i just only can use exfoliating pad to remove those dead skin then just apply the mask effectively. my skin is lack of hydration so i had choose to use and try H2o's skin care product to see whether it is work for my skin or not.

i am still searching for cleanser and moisturizer. is there any product to introduce? must not introduce me those product which is very very very....... expensive and not workable ya~ i don't want just judge it based on brand name but is quality ya.... ^^ hehe~~~

Ko skin specialist. laser.cosmetic surgery. dental & orthopaedic centre

I went to consult Dr Ko in klang on this Saturday. Dr Ko is really famous and specialist with the skin treament and laser for skin. wow! when i reached the place with GPS because i don't know how to go that place. i just get the address from my friend and find it with the GPS. that day is damn hot and hot! the weather is really make me felt dizzy and frustrated.

when i reached the clinic, i was saw a huge signboard there. Their Clinic is really big. when i step into the clinic, the place is really full of patients and 'leng lui'. the clinic is really got a lot of leng lui (nurse and personal assistant for doctor ). the girls is so pretty with the very fair and smooth skin. all of them also look very beautiful with the perfect facial features with them.

Inside the clinic got few department like laser and other services such as cooltouch( remove scar and pore), a lot some kind of laser treament.

Invasive procedure ( breast surgery or augmentation or lift or reduction, eye bag removal, liposuction, rhinoplasty, gynecomastia, scar revision and etc)

cosmetic surgery ( dental bonding, teeth whitening, dental implants and etc)
some treament like all types of skin diseases, sexually trasmitted diseases, hair loss, slimming, lip tattoo, and so on

cosmetic dentistry and orthopaedic ( all about the bone) too

i went to Dr ko not for plastic surgery ya but........ i will make some considering for the rhinoplasty.Wakakaka!! aiya! i should go and ask how much for Rhinoplasty.

i went there for my skin problem which is disturbing me for few years d.

wow....it cost me RM270 with beauty personal assistant of Dr Ko to consult me for not more than 10 minutes and give me 2 types of medicine. they dint charge for consultant fees ya it just charged for medicine only.




God! already cost me RM 270 just for one month period of the 2 types of medicine to finished. costly right? but leng lui told me that my skin can recover and wont grow the acne after consume the medicine after 4 or 5 months. wow! like that i think i need to spend around RM1500 ( just medicine) to kill the acnes on my face. she told me, my scar is need to do the laser d. the medicine wont help me to reduce the scar. These scars sure i know it wont cure with the medicine lar~~ ok! now i know the scar still can cure with laser treament then make me felt release a little bit becasue i was thought the scars (big hole small hole) cant cure anymore. kekeke^^


now i just waiting to see the result! oh my god! so exited! wuahahahhaha!!!!!

slimmming sanctuary

yesterday i go slimming sanctuary for some consultant. is in seventh floor of pavilion that floor is called seventh heaven because all the shop for that floor is beauty center like New york, London Weight, slimming Sanctuary, Adonis, dermatological and so on.

why i so sudden go to slimming Sanctuary because i was get some information about slimming from the Star newspaper. the newspaper is mention that will give a slimming first trial for RM38 and a free gift worth Rm98. wah~~after i read it felt like i was interested on it and try to SMS them. so Thursday they call me for an appointment to collect the so called worth RM98 of the gift and have the first trial slimming program.

the beautician who do the slimming for me just slim my tummy only and she keep on persuade me to buy the product and told me how good for the product. so i don't know the gift they going to give is this 10ml active 7 worth for Rm30!!!! not RM98 !!!!! walao!!!!! memang pandai mislead people. the product i already spend for RM600++ already.

ok!! now talking about my slimming program and facial course that me sign up already. why i will sign up for this course because i was attract by the promotion and discount they mention about.if i got maybank, public bank, citibank or ocbc bank credit card then i will get 50% discount for that price..wow 50 %!!!! then i said i got OCBC credit card so she said even more benefit will give out to me. i can get free full slimming wrap and spa for 10 session each!!! wow!!!! attractive right? if i sign up for 10 session for tummy and 10 session for thigh slimming program together with 10 session for slimming solution so she will give the other free 20 session of slimming plan for me. wow !!wow!!wow!!! total i got 40 session free for slimming wrap, milk bath, and the other 2 slimming plan that i forgot already that will offer to me. after that she calculate that how much i need to pay for that installment for 12 month or 18 month for that slimming program. after she calculate is around RM270 per month. after back home i calculate total that i need to pay is RM 5k ++ wah!!!!! so luckily i dint sign for that program but after i had tried the tummy slimming plan it was so simple and nothing so i am decided not to sign for tummy program already. the thigh slimming plan just for a small part only you know. just focus on my back thigh only from which part to which part??? from half of my hip till my back thigh not included calves ya. walao!!! how much in total you know??? RM1950. wow just for my back thigh only???

i was sign up for my facial course for 10 session for RM1380 if this amount let him know sure scold even is not pay for me.if i let him know i sign up for slimming program sure let him scold me teruk teruk!!but he is for my own good ! Rm1380 is including the product. acctually i dint saw this amount 1st, the consultant just give me the amount that pay for 12 month installment after that she calculate for me just need to pay around Rm150 per month so i felt that is ok wad. am still can afford but to get installemnt only can pay by credit card provided sign up with slimming course.hmm.. i think i make it half and pay by cash already. i really no dare to let him know about this amount that i sign for.
