Boulder Top

Corbin wanted to go somewhere warm this time, so we headed south to Boulder Top. We found a great place to camp - lots of room for the kids to play, nobody else around, hiking trails and lakes nearby, hills for the kids to ride their bikes on, plenty of fire wood, and lots of deer and antelope (or as Corbin would say, "envelopes") around.
Of course, the boys are happy as long as there's dirt!

Gettin' some air!

Check out Mason's stunts!

Mason helped Dad drive to the top of Boulder Top mountain. During the drive he entertained us with interesting facts. "Did you know that sharks can walk on land? They don't have feet, so they just flop around everywhere they go."

We didn't get to drive up to the top because the road was closed, but we found what we named "Lady Bug Lake."

Playing with the ladybugs.

It was raining off and on, but we didn't want to sit in the trailer, so we just lit a fire and stayed out in the rain. At one point it started hailing! Corbin called it "ice rain."
