February 2019

February went fast as it always does.  But this year we are happy it went fast with the weather being so cold.  I am ready for Spring!

Junior Jazz season finished up.  Timmy had a great season!

Brian had a great season too!  He made a basket in the very last game and his whole team and coaches were jumping and yelling and so happy for him!

We spent time with Grandma Joyce and watched the Super Bowl with her.

We had parent teacher conference.  Both kids are fantastic students.  Brian's Chinese is getting really good and Timmy is a math wiz  We also went to the school for a Chinese New Year Celebration.

We got a whole lot of snow in February! So much in one storm that we had a snow day and no school!  First time ever!

Mark and I are in charge of the Youth Pioneer Trek this year.  We had the kick-off devotional to get the registration packets and information out to parents.

Mandy and Brian blessed baby Zach one Sunday.  He is such an adorable baby I can't not take selfies with him.

Pip spent a lot time in the window sun this month. Sometimes I would join her and maybe fall asleep. It was really our only chance for some warm sunshine.

We adopted Pearl from my sister's neighbor.  She is the sweetest and oldest bunny I know.

Sometimes I spend time at the fish tank.

More often I spend time in the barn. Cowboy was getting a little skinny so I started him on senior feed.  But now he is getting a bit wild.  He is acting like a colt again.

Chickens do fine in the snow as long as I make them a path out to under the awning.

Rambo doesn't care when the chickens decide to ride on his back.

Mark hung his finger strengthening hanging board thing.

We went to friends for a pizza making night.  We had so much fun!

My last Fall's chicks started laying beautiful dark brown eggs!

Mark took us to eat some Dim Sum, yum!

I took the boys to Get Air with some of Brian's friends.

I have been doing a lot of work on my computer and Pip sleeps near me.

Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet!  So glad I wasn't in charge this year.

The last day in February felt like Spring!  Yay!  I was in Heaven along with every animal and child on the farm!

I moved the ram back to the back and the ewes were happy to have me scratch their necks again and feed them lot of hay.  They got neither the last few month with Rambo in their field.

The kids came home form school and played  and played outside.

Timmy was celebrated as All-Start of the Month.
