Kiersten played in her first piano recital April 1, 2011. Her song was Ode to Joy, by Beethoven. She did a fabulous job! Mark was in Santa Barbara and wasn't able to make it, so we recorded it for him. I told all the kids they had to come to it, since Kiersten has been to events for all of them. Jared brought his friend, Payden. Tanner and they left right after Kiersten played, but we were really glad they came. Brittany had a deadline and couldn't get off work in time to come. After the recital, I took Kiersten to the store to get her some flowers. It was a great evening! Here's
