I'm in too!

Here are the directions if you want to play.

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know a lot or a little, anything you remember.

2.Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Daddy's little helpers

Marc has been working really hard to get our yard done. We are almost done, just waiting for the grass to grow. Marc was putting bark into the bark beds and Kinlee and Dal wanted to help.
Kinlee had her own wheelbarrow and shovel. She was so excited to help.

I'm not sure Marc was so thrilled to have these nice little helpers, or maybe he just didn't want his picture taken.

4th of July a little late...

I 'm finally getting to the 4th of July pictures. Summer is so busy, I take so many pictures, but never have time to post any of them. Anyway, the 4th started with the parade of course. It was so hot, but we still had a great time. Was anyone else bummed that they didn't had out chocolate milk like they did the last two years?
Dal was so funny. He was so into the parade. He just sat in his stroller almost the whole time and watched.

Grammy Vickie was nice enough to sit on the curb and help the kids get candy. Kinlee did pretty well and had a nice stack of treats by the end.

After naps we headed to Shelley for a barbecue and fireworks at my parents house. This is my Dad's Dumb and Dumber hat. Dal looks pretty cute! I'm trying to talk Marc into wearing it for Haloween.

Cute little family photo at dusk.

Here is my hubby the pyro. He bought quite the supply of fireworks. He put on quite a show for us.

Here's my cute boys enjoying the last of the fireworks. It was such a fun day.

Happy 3rd Birthday Mckinlee!!

Our little Kinlee bugs celebrated her 3rd birthday a few weeks ago. I was planning on having a big birthday party with lots of friends, but we got so busy with trips and the 4th and I ran out of time. So we just had a little party with family. I think she still had a great time, and was spoiled by Grandparents of course.
My parents got her this beautiful princess dress with a hoop skirt and a bunch of candy makeup. She thought it was so neat. What a cute little princess.

Marc's Mom got her this scooter. She was so excited! We saw it at Wal-mart while we were shopping and she thought it was so cool. She rides it almost everyday. We are so glad we have her in our lives. She is so sweet and thoughtful. She makes me laugh with all the funny little things she says; like how she calls chipmunks.....chip skunks. Happy Birthday kiddo, we love you.

Denver Vacation

Last week Marc had conferences for work in Denver, so the whole family decided to tag along. It was a pretty crazy trip. Kinlee caught a cold and was really congested on the way there. We were about 2 hours into the the trip when she said, "I don't feel very good," and then she barfed all over herself and the dvd player she was holding. Gross. We pulled over and got her changed and cleaned up as best we could with baby wipes. Then we spent the next 9 hours with that nasty smell. But, it get even better. The next day we got up and got ready for the zoo, hoping to get there before it got to hot. After 10 minutes searching for a parking spot we finally pulled in, and yep you guessed it, barf again. Arggrruff. (I think all of the snot running down her throat was gagging her..yuck) This time we didn't have any clothes for her to change into. We decided to find somewhere nearby to get her clothes rather than drive all the way back to the hotel. After driving around for a while we finally found a Family Dollar (which actually has pretty cute clothes). We decided to get a bite to eat at the Pizza Hut next door, which is when we found out we were pretty much in the Denver ghetto. We are pretty sure there was a drug deal happening at the bus stop across the street. Scary!! Anyways we finally made it to the zoo and ended up having a really good time. The rest of the trip was barf free. We did a little shopping; I finally found some shoes to fit Dal's chubby little feet. On Friday we went to this huge water park called Water World. It was so much fun. The kids had a ball! Here are some pics of the zoo.

Kinlee loved the Elephants, but hated thier smell.

They had the neatest aquarium. It had tons of fish and turtles. There was even one tank that had Aligators.

So cute!! I love how Dal puts his arm around Marc's shoulder.

This is how big a Polar Bear is! Yikes!!
