i am still having fever.. not soccer fever,but real high fever of up to 38.9 degree celsius(°C) last night to just now about 40°C (coz i just ate then measure the temperature le..) haha.. went to see the doc in the morning and he said that i got a flu virus.. and it may spread.. hence i didnt go to kaijing's chalet at aloha.. even though i am dying to go.. then i am going to spend the entire afternoon sleeping just like yesterday.. :S

hope i get well soon for my birthday on saturday.. if not hai~ i also dunno what to do..

anyway,it is my last day of work today and i was quite sad that it ended so fast.. haha.. i am aware that in my previous entry i mentioned that it was boring like hell.. which is still true.. haha... but i have found my "entertainment" there.. hehe.. and so it was not that bad afterall.. =)

my "entertainment" is a 23 years old guy.. haha.. i think his name is weisheng.. haha.. keep forgetting his name.. :X hehe.. dunno why just started teasing him.. haha.. he looked like 18 only even though he is already 23!!! haha.. maybe to me only ba.. he got the kind of boyish look.. but he is a nice friend.. hehe.. he waited for me to complete my packing and we left together today after work.. haha.. i thought he wont but he did.. =)

there were quite a number of funny events with him around... like when i asked my colleagues to guess his age.. haha.. like me,she guessed that he was only at most 20.. which is about my age.. haha.. then i started going round asking people to think about his age.. haha.. :X coz i am simply too bored then..

then there was once when i was pretty bad.. haha.. i asked him to come to my counter there (on wed,when he worked full shift).. then i just asked his name.. :X haha.. then after he said his name,i just said ok,bye.. haha.. and send him back to his place le.. haha.. opps.. haha... then the rest of the colleague working at goldlion said that i bullied him.. haha.. which i guess so.. :X

then we started looking at the ties of his brand(daniel hetcher,pierre cardin and gianni valentino) and fussed about having ties of the same color at the same counter.. then once he brought over the wrong brand of ties over and so i asked him to go back and change.. haha.. he got the funny look on his face when he ask me how i know that he got the wrong ties.. haha.. he thought i so li hai can differentiate the different ties.. haha.. no la,coz obviously he walked to the wrong counter and so i know he got the wrong ties loh.. haha.. and then we kept asking him to go to and fro to get the ties and change etc.. haha.. obviously,we are that bored.. hehe.. hopefully he wont mind.. haha..

on fri,me and my colleague,melisa,we were thinking how come he was late and he hasnt reached yet.. then suddenly,he just appeared behind us.. haha.. so scary... think this kind of people very long-lived de.. haha.. i forgot who say one.. haha.. anyway,it was always very funny with him around.. just that on friday,i guess something happened and so his mood wasnt really good.. and he isnt feeling very well ba.. hai~ so cant/didnt make fun of him that day... :X and i think he was quite scary on that day..no wonder his sale is not good on that day.. haha..

had a nice chat with him on the way back to bedok.. hehe.. he said that he was a serious guy.. opps.. at least,he didnt seem to mind me being crazy and hilarious.. haha.. but can see that he is really serious in working which sort of attracted me.. haha.. i was pretty observant coz i had nothing to do.. :X hee

times had changed or perhaps we watched too much korean show.. haha.. i wanted to ask him for his number,and before i could asked,i just started laughing til my face is red and so my colleague asked for me.. haha.. but then end up he asking me back for my number.. *grinz* and i said that i forgot my number which i really did at that moment.. haha.. and so his handphone was kept with me until i remembered my number.. haha..

and very funny de,according to the staff there,there was a customer who came to get my number yesterday.. haha.. then they end up saying that bryan(one of my colleague) wanted my number??!! haha.. funny hor,how words can change to be differently after passing through several mouths.. haha.. but anyway,i also dunno who is the person who wanted the number so too bad for the person.. haha...

working at isetan scotts has been boring like hell!!! and freakingly tired.. (must be bacause i havent been working for a pretty long time and i havent really recuperate from my examination war yet..)

and the worse thing is that i didnt even sell a single thing today!! and i only sold one yesterday.. dun say i wasnt a good enough sales person enough.. i spoke to the customers but we didnt have the products that they wanted.. (some of them can be real fussy though..) bonia aren't marketing-orientated coz the cost would be more expensive and somemore some of the stuff are imported from malaysia (so you know where to get the goods cheaper la..) in fact i think they are just production-orientated.. (if you study marketing,you should know this!!)

was in a crappy mood..

went to tmart there to look for sharon and xiaojia.. i think xiaojia was finally in the mood to study and so she isolated herself to sit on the chair while sharon sat on another place where she could watch soccer.. at first i thought they quarreled or what.. haha..

anyway,the world cup soccer fever is finally here!!!

sharon betted on the world cup opening match--germany vs costa rica but she lost..:( hopefully she will win the next one.. hehe.. then she will have money to go thailand for shopping!!haha.. and i had to trouble her to buy some bags,flip-flops and mac blusher (since it will be cheaper at the airport,according to her) for me.. hehe.. sad.. only i will still be in singapore while yeeling will be going to to korea, sharon and xiaojia will be leaving for bangkok after their exams.. hai~ how i wish i could be going overseas as well..

hehe.. performed some "cheap thrills" to entertain sharon hoping she wont be so stressed up.. another 4 more days to their exams.. and sharon,that would mean another 4 more days to your trip and bangkok!!! haha.. must be very tiring man..i felt tired too.. haha.. working aint any better than your studying.. haha.. i rather study.. haha.. but no exams please..hehe..

end of exam.
yea~ my exams finally ended.. had my last paper,corporate finance a few hours (to be exact around 9 hours) ago.. even though the paper was tough (a KILLER according to sharon),i guess i have much more confidence in it as compared to my law and my marketing..

for corporate finance, i only studied the option (which came out to be an extremely tough question and i didnt do), mean variance frontier, CAPM (thanks to sharon and xiaojia who taught me and made sure i really understand the subject.. thanks to them, otherwise i won't even know what the hell CML and SML is talking about),and agency cost (debt overhang,asset substitution and agency cost of outside equity),i did all the questions that we studied except the option question as i have no clue what the hell the question is asking about.. and so i did the FST and NPV question instead since i still remembered about the NPV question which i had learnt in POA..

and i think i made a careless mistake for the NPV question coz my answer was different from melson's and janice's while they got the same answer.. but at least i explained why i choose the machine instead of the other.. not like melson who mentioned that both projects should be rejected since they are negative of which it is not true.. coz they are both the costs of the projects and doesnt include payoff,the amount will definitely be negative mah.. :X he damn blur sia.. i thought i was bad enough.. haha.. :P and well i skip the entire FST question around 15 marks (since i didnt even study that chapter),though i did draw the graph from my impression and forgot to label (purposely de.. :X).. haha.. hopefully the axises (how to spell ar?) are not wrong..

so i guess CF should be quite okie for me..

hai~ i think i would fail my law,given that i only did around 2 questions (i mean 1 full question, and around 2 half-questions..) when i am supposed to do 4 questions altogether.. and no,i only have confidence in the 1 full question and not the 2 half-questions i have done.. but how strict would they mark against that one question i have confidence in of which it is a repeat question every year?

i wonder.

as for marketing,just pray hard i can pass.. i dun think i am able to cope with 6 subjects next year,if i were to retake.. hai~ had been too much a slacker before the exams.. coz it was like i suddenly lose all the motivation to study since the first and the second papers were so far apart.. hai~ then after started studying together with sharon and xiaojia,i got more motivation.. but perhaps i wasn't that well prepared enough to take the double combo of law and marketing ba.. that's why i think i did badly for them..

and so after the 2 warnings from marketing and law,i learnt a lesson -- do not panic before the exams.. and i guess i had a clearer mind when i went into the examination hall for CF as i didnt panick.. instead of mind block.. or perhaps,i am just more confident in quantitative subjects instead of those qualitative subjects..

and so,it's all over!!! at least for me.. hehe..

but then sharon, xiaojia and zichao still have their financial intermediation -- FI next thursday.. sinlay had her macroeconomics which is tomorrow, and she also had financial reporting (FR) together with janice next tuesday.. poor melson he has a double combo -- financial reporting and management mathematics on the same day!!! haha.. but i think he is goin to give up FR coz according to him, it was tough.. guess it is better to risk one than cock up 2,like me.. :(

hai~ but when it is over,sharon will be going to bangkok with her family and if we are getting kaijing ipod (which she already knows),i shall ask her to get for me as it was cheaper in the airport (coz less 5% haha..) and i will pay her first.. *grin* then xiaojia also goin to bangkok with her friends.. hai~ how i wish i could join them.. :( but never mind,they will be buying back stuff for me!! hehe..

KTV.
just got back from KTV..

hehe.. after the CF papers, all of us just stood around scolding and cursing the papers which was so different from the past few years and i guess there was a change in the markers in UOL as well as the paper format.. again,we are the guinea pigs.. argh!!!

had to wait pretty long for the toilets and there was this complain about insufficient toilets at the expo.. which is true to a certain extent.. when there was examination and exhibition,there tend to be a longer queue for the female toilets.. zZzZzZ

then we (xiaojia, sharon, janice and i) took train to cityhall with the rest of the maths 2 stats 2 people (or at least janice and xiaojia got to know them through maths 2 stats 2) -- huiling, dominic,cliff (hopefully i didnt spell any of their names wrongly) and zichao.. haha.. that stupid melson just disappeared after the paper.. haha.. still dare to call me and scold me say i never wait for him and jio him go sing KTV.. but i didnt see gordon though..

sharon, xiaojia and i went to marina square - KTV together with eugene and jon.. too bad janice cant join us as she is watching "she's the man" with lionel.. haha.. heard that it was a nice show.. as we were hungry,we ate at yoshinoya (kinokuniya according to kailin.. opps.. inside joke) before going to Kbox.. then we realised that there was this buffet style food and KTV as well for a package.. argh!!! should have eaten our dinner there instead.. but we still get that package (which is only $2 more than the usual one and we get to drink vodka lemon which taste a bit funny) as we can still eat.. haha.. but then i also didnt eat much and didn't even go and take the food.. haha.. but i like the pastry and chicken wings jon took for us.. *lick fingers* yummy..

anyway,i had the best time of my life at the KTV session,as compared to the past few months when we had all been busy mugging.. and it's been a hell out of life man.. but it's over(for me,didnt mean to suan you guys,sharon..)!! i miss the times we always go KTV man.. remember last year november when we always go KTV after lectures etc.. it was fun man.. miss those KTV sessions..

we,or rather i had a fun and crazy time at the KTV.. there were moments of highness in me perhaps due to the alcohol.. jon sang his 伍佰 and 刘德华's songs which was quite suitable for him man.. and he sang well.. first time hear him sing if i am not wrong.. haha.. then xiaojia just screamed when she saw her 陈晓东's when he came out in the concert version of 你最珍贵, which is actually a duet between 高慧君 and 张学友.. but then after that jon and xiaojia left to watch the korean movie (i dunno wad show) at cineleisure to enjoy their 二人世界.. haha..

it was then the time for eugene to perform his english songs.. poor eugene,his songs were all pushed to the back since jon and xiaojia are leaving early and hence they push their songs forward.. hai~ anyway,i hope he wasn't too bored with all of us singing chinese songs.. coz he cant really read the chinese words,coz it was in 繁体字.. and we didnt sing much of duets.. which is quite a pity when we have the guys around.. but then i realised that the 2 guys didnt sing much either.. haha.. maybe next time can jio chenghe,zichao and melson they all who will sing duets de.. haha..

and i guess i sang the most.. wahaha.. coz most of the chinese songs i know how to sing.. haha.. i am the chinese song queen!!! wee~! so glad that i managed to sing some of the new songs like 舞娘 by 蔡依林, 我会好好过 by 李玖哲(sing together with jon who finds 李玖哲 sexy -- have a sexy voice la.. what you thinking??), 原来 by 林俊杰, kiss goodbye by 王力宏 (my phone ringing tone!!!),我要快乐 by 张惠妹, 真的 by 张韶涵, 过敏 by 杨丞琳, 世界唯一的你 (sing together with that jon again.. haha.. i am deeply in love with this song man..) by 曹格 and 枫 (my all time favourite) by 周杰伦.. haha.. woopee~ i am a happy girl.. realised i really sang alot.. :X

hai~ too bad no one brought cameras.. hai~ i should have bring but i am worried that it will be lost when we had our exams.. coz there were cases whereby bags are lost!!! so scary.. hai~

but never mind,there is always another chance we would go sing KTV together again and we shall bring camera to capture all the memorable moments.. =)

in about 7 hours time,i will be a free girl!!!

money is the root of all evil.

money is always an important issue to most of us, almost all.. none of us could survive without money in this world..

as i am here studying hard (as if), money is actually slowly flowing away from me.. the meals i ate at mac donald's so as to study there, the meals i have outside macdonald's so as to avoid eating fastfood for every meal.. haha.. the money i paid for the examination (perhaps that was why the examiners set such difficult questions to make us fail and repeat the modules and thereby earning more money.. haha..) and many many more.. the handphone bills, battery life of my handphone as i was listening to perfect 10,98.7fm on the radio..

money has always been a problem for needy families..when their parents are not working, when their parents had retired, they had to earn for the whole entire family.. i can understand that.. right now my parents are both working.. so i guess i am lucky.. i can still continue my studies without much worries for money.. at least for now.. to the others,when they are not working and dont have much of a savings,money can be really important to them.. even if they are working, they have to save up for the future and perhaps for their family..

i know that i had blabbered alot of rubbish and some of you may not understand what the hell am i talking about.. it is okie, then perhaps that thing is just not meant for you then..

i dont believe in judging people by the amount of money they can afford.. like the xia ri feng, you can be damn fucking rich to vote for yourself in the superband but you can never gain the support of other people who really support great music and once again,the emphasis is on GREAT music..
