i was going through all my pictures from utah and i came across this picture taken from the joseph smith building.  look how the reflection of Jesus Christ is perfectly on the center tower {not sure if they're called towers}.....amazing!!

here's the view from santa monica blvd - awesome! i parked across the street and was a total tourist walking up and down the street taking pictures.

this should be the end of the temple shots since i don't think there is a spot i haven't shot.....{at least for this season}

The Beautiful Los Angeles Temple

as most of you know, once a week i am in los angeles for kennedy's acting class. i am so excited that for the next two years i get to spend at least an hour on the grounds of this beautiful ginormous temple. the the temple is only 2 minutes from the playground. i didn't notice anywhere else, but near the entrance where the water is, there is music to be heard. i can't wait to listen to the scriptures (because we all know that i hate reading, so all the scriptures and anything else churchie is downloaded on my ipod), near the water, with soft hymns playing in the background. i'm a lucky girl!

TEMPLE SQUARE 1/2/09

Today we went to THIS IS THE PLACE, The Conference Center and Temple Square. We also saw the Joseph Smith movie. The kids and I had already seen it, but this was Trinidad's 1st time..... I cried even more then the first time. Tyler was deeply touched by the movie again and he just held Kennedy after the movie. That was when she actually shed tears. During the movie she just kept watching all three of us to see when and if we were crying. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

When we were leaving the Joseph Smith Memorial Bldg, it started snowing. The "lights" were not on, bummer, but it was still beautiful.

OUR SEALING - SAN DIEGO TEMPLE

After 17 1/2 years we finally made it to the Temple - inside! and what an amazing day! Family and friends were there to support us and celebrate with us! We are eternally grateful for everyone's love and support.
