Shoes

I'm now on a lookout for a comfortable shoes. In my current state, I have been told and have read that wearing flipflops is a no-no. Summer is coming soon and I was thinking I can finally enjoy wearing flipflops. But looks like that is not going to happen. I'm thinking of getting a TOMS but T is not really a fan of it. I guess I'm lucky that my only worry is on what shoes to buy and not like the business executive I read about online who is worried on where to buy gold bullion. That's totally more difficult since the value if gold is going up.
Back to shoes, I've thought of getting a TB but I just think it's too expensive. I want a new Melissa shoes but the designs I have been seeing here in the US are the ones I don't like. The designs in Manila are way better. The available designs I have been seeing are the old styles. I hope to find shoes over the weekend.

The Makings of a Shoeholic

I'm a flip flop girl. I'm always wearing my flip flops to just about everywhere I get the chance too. Even wearing them at times on occassions I shouldn't just because I'm not used to wearing shoes anymore.

Things are starting to change. The main reason for this change is that it's cold here and wearing flipflops will only freeze me more to death. I've only been here for a month though and in that span of time I have bought 3 pairs of shoes. Two I bought today. I wanted a few more pairs but I knew I didn't need any more than 2 pairs for today (atleast!). I don't know how I ended up buying shoes when I was suppose to be looking for mounts and not shoes.

I tried I think almost a dozen shoes. Never had that much fun trying on shoes. I ended up with this 2 pairs.

Shoe Shopping

I planned on taking a nap for an hour or two but shoe shopping has prevented me from doing so. I didn't have the intention of buying new shoes. I'm on a shopping ban but I can't help myself from buying Naot shoes. I would have to say that it was i have to buy it on first sight feeling. I just knew had to put it on my cart and click on the check out button. Good thing they still have it on my size.

It's such a cutie right? Perfect to wear with shorts or jeans! I know, I'm trying so hard to justify my purchase. Teehee.

Rollasoles

I remember the time when I was still working in a bank, I always had an extra pair of sandal's or flats in the office as you wouldn't know on where you'ld end up going after work. I'm lucky if I get to come from the office before going out with friends because we sometimes decide to not go back to the office anymore and Im left to wearing my heels the entire evening.

Rollasoles is what every working girl who has to go to work in heels need. Just truly heaven sent not only is it very hands as you just roll it and put it in your bag, its also affordable. I even saw a picture of a vendo machine selling Rollasole.

Im glad I no longer need to wear heels everyday and Im a flipflop convert but there is just something about ballet flats that I love and I want to have a pair of rollasole.
Im still undecided if I buy one online and just have it shipped here in Manila or since my boss is in London, I could just buy one online and have it delivered to his apartment. But then again, if I send it to him I'ld have to wait till November to get my rollasole. So yeah, Im better off on having them delivered in Manila.

shopping

it's raining outside and i want to go shopping. weird! i think im just thinking of a reason to go to Trinoma and eat some red mango and krispy kreme. but im not giving in to temptation. im staying home today and will study after work. i have to remind myself that to study is top priority. maybe i can get some shopping done online and get the Dansko sandals i have been thinking of buying for my mom.
