Elijah is almost 6 months old now! I can't believe it! He's getting so big now! He is such a good baby! He loves to roll around on the ground, play with his siblings, jump in his jumper, eat solids, play with his toys, destroy Isaiah's homework and Maci's drawings, pull Maci & sadee's hair, and he loves his mommy! I love having a baby in the house. It's so wonderful! Here are some pics of him from the last week.
Sooooo Big!
Elijah jumping in his jumper!
He's had a cold lately and hasn't been feeling too well. He was in his jumper with his eyes watering, nose running, and coughing and I could tell he wasn't feeling well. But despite all of that, he just kept jumping and had such a big smile on his face. Awww... it totally reminded me of just smiling no matter what our trials are.
All of the kids love Elijah soooo much! But Maci has the most interaction with him. She is a little mommy and carry's him around all the time. She is such a good big sister.

Fixing the van
Our windshield wipers stopped working about 6 months ago. We never really got around to fixing them until this last weekend. Last fall, before we went to Disneyland, we kept smelling this weird smell in the front of the car. It was a burning plastic smell. We couldn't find it and figured it was the locks or something because there was a short in them. Jason and Steve (his dad) were replacing the wiper motor and saw that it had totally burnt out and got so hot that it charred the plastic covering between the motor and wipers and charred and burned a part of the body of the van. We couldn't believe it!! The van should've caught on fire the way it burnt it. What a huge blessing that it didn't catch it on fire! Both Jason and Steve were very shocked. Well, someone is looking out for us! So here are some pics of Jason, his dad Steve, and his brother Tim working on the car. I am so thankful that they know mechanics. It has saved us thousands of dollars! I am now an advocate of teaching our kids how to work on vehicles. I wish I knew how!
Doesn't Jason look so happy and excited!
