Our Church Christmas Party

This year for our Church Christmas Party, we had a Pajama Pancake Dinner. It was soooo good! We had fun too! They had a nativity story and also Santa came. It definately started off our Christmas Season on the right foot. (Sorry there is fuzzy stuff on the pics, our scanner is scratched) Dec 2007Here are some of us.... Sadee was running around and didn't want to get in the picture. Do you like our jammies? Man, it was the most comfortable dinner I've ever been too! :-)

The kids thoroughly enjoyed seeing Santa. They did a great job and none of them were scared of him. Ahhhh..... to be a kid again!

Princess Party

Maci and Sadee went to their first princess birthday party. Their friend from church, Meg & Mariah turned 3. They all had a blast and they all looked so cute and beautiful! They truly acted like princesses. It was a lot of fun! My neice Shelby was staying with us for a few days, so she came along to join in the fun. Hence, the 10 year old in the pics. ;-) So here are a few pics from the party. Dec 1 2007
Here are Maci and her one of her best friends down here, Kennedi..... at royal snack time!
Sadee didn't have an outfit but we put a tiara on her anyway. She didn't know what to think abou this party. I think she thought it was weird..... either that or she felt underdressed.
Here are Mariah (one of the birthday girls), Shelby, and Maci looking pretty for the camera.
Here are all of the princesses!

Christmas Tree Cutting 2007

So for the first time in the history of the Meyer Family, we went up into the mountains and cut down a Christmas Tree. We ended going up towards Bucks Lake and found some wonderful spots with beautiful views! We had a blast and are hoping to make a tradition out of it. Granit, the tree's aren't the prettiest since we don't have the Noble Furs in our area, but it's the journey that makes it's wonderful! So here are some pics.....
YAHOOO!!! We found our tree!
Boys and their toys :-)
Of course being in the mountains, Derek had to wear his Camo and bring his hydropack. As he was coming down the mountain, he took out probably 20 trees.... hahahah
And here is the clan, our family, Derek, Cami, Mom, Dad, & the Ford family! 2007

I've been tagged!

Tagged by Amanda....

The rules when you are tagged:
A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player lists 6 facts/habits about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 6 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

6 Things About Me
- I love going to the dentist and having him work on my teeth. For some strange reason it relaxes me and I always doze off in the dentist chair.
- I like to drive in heavy traffic, especially when I'm stressed, it calms my nerves.
- If I could handle having 12 kids, I would in a second.
- I'm not proud to admit it, but I am sooo unorganized and would give anything to have the tv show Clean House come and help let go of things and help me organize our house.
- I love to cook when I have no budget to have to work with
-If I had a million dollars, one of my top priorities would be to get counseling for everyone that is close to me. I feel that anyone and everyone, including myself, could use a good session or two to help them learn how to overcome their weaknesses.

I tag Rob, Amy, Lenore, Laura, Charie, & Alicia

My friend Raeanne and I were able to throw a baby shower for our friend Nikki. It was so much fun! We weren't able to get a group pic of everyone that was there, but here's who was left over. L to R.... Me, Tiffanie Hancock (Jed's wife), Nikki Hopkins (Nick's wife), Raeanne Papa Barth, & Cari Vance Havens. I am so thankful for these girls.... they rock!

Here are a few random pics.......

When we were making sugar cookies, I had to step away from the table for a little bit to take care of some bussiness and this is what I found on Sadee's face when I came back. She thought it was funny at first, but then when Isaiah yelled at her to stop, it hurt her feelings.

Here is our nursery class getting ready for snack. ! At church, Jason and I, along with another woman, do the Senior Nursery at church. We have anywhere between 10 and 17 kids every sunday. It is definately crazy in there, but we have a blast! Maci is in our class too, so it makes it that much better.

At Bishop's Pumpkin Patch in Wheatland!

Maci, Sadee and I went to the pumpkin patch with Isaiah's Kindergarten class! It was probably one of the funnest days ever! We had a blast! It's about 20 mins north of us in Wheatland, so Isaiah got to ride the bus for the first time! That was one of his favorite parts of the whole trip! It was probably the best pumpkin patch I've ever been too. Train rides, playgrounds, hay rides, chicken shows, pig races, and of course, picking your pumpkin. I just wanted to share some pics from our day.... here you go! Oct. 11th 2007

Maci posing with the Bride Scarecrow!

Sadee was very independent and did not want to sit next to me on the train. She wanted to sit next to a stranger across from me and pretended like she didn't even know me.... until the train entered the tunnel. It was pitch black and no one could see a thing. So I just pointed my camera and took a picture of her and this is what I got..... hahaha! She wasn't too independent after the tunnel!

Maci lovin' the train!

Here's Isaiah with his friend Gus on the train. They were too cool to sit by mommy. Ay! Kids grow up soooo fast!
