Part of our playdate group!

Here is part of our playdate group. We try to get together at least once a month. Yes, it is chaotic with all the kids, but its fun too! Our friend Amber, the blond to the right, and her daughter McKenzie, sitting on Christinas lap, moved last week and we're going to miss them a ton!

Go Ducks!

Our first soccer season is officially over. We were the Ducks and we had a blast! I'm so glad that I coached, even though I had just had Sadee. But it felt good to get out and teach the kids the basics and how to just have fun on the field. That's whats most important.... having fun! And that we did! Hopefully next year I will be able to assist or coach because it was a ton of fun and the kids were wonderful! Fall 2006

All Brittney wanted was a family picture and this is as close as she got to having one. Isaiah & Maci started crying because they were playing with their cousins and we made them stop to take a picture. And Sadee is crying because they're crying. So we just gave up. Ay! 9/24/06

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY MACI!

Maci is turning the big 2 on the 31st of August. We celebrated her birthday though on the 28th. I can't believe how big she is now!! It seriously seems like just yesterday we were living in Cedar City and she was a newborn! Happy Birthday Maci, we love you!! 8/28/06

She's Finally Here!

Sadee McOmber entered this world on Tuesday August 15th 2006 at 8:19am. She weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. and was 20” long. Brittney was supposed to be induced that morning at 6 am but she ended up going in at 4 am because her contractions were 5 mins apart at that point. So she didn’t have to be induced. She is feeling great and Sadee is doing quite well also. There are a few little things with her heart that we will be following up on, but it looks like she’ll be fine. Isaiah and Maci are very protective of their baby sister and love her to death. And Daddy is ecstatic for her to be here too, especially since she looks just like him. ;-) So here are a few pics of her and we’ll be putting a lot more up later! But we wanted to thank all of you for your love, support, and prayers! It really means a lot to us!! We love you all!

Happy 4th Birthday Isaiah!!

We celebrated Isaiah's birthday a week before his birthday on July 22nd. We didn't want Sadee to come and not be able to celebrate it. And I guess it was a good thing we celebrated when we did because Isaiah ended up being sick on his real birthday, the 29th. But, of course,we happened to choose the hottest day of the year!! It hit 114 with like 40% humidity. It was the hottest birthday we've ever been too. So we made it just very short and simple and just had immediate family there. It was fun, even though we were all drenched in sweat!

Isaiah wanted scary spider cupcakes but I convinced him that we'll save the scary ones for Halloween and try to make cute spiders so people won't be scared to eat them. By the time we got to the cupcakes though, they were all deformed and melted, but it's all good cause they tasted great!
