If you're trying to think of what you were about to say, that means you weren't really listening.

Friendships should be Pareto Efficient or symbiotic depending on which stream you are studying.

Keeping things the way they are does nothing to inspire change.

Change is good. If it works, you would have changed things for the better. If it doesn't you would know that changing things in that particular way, at that particular time doesn't work under those circumstances.

Focus on the big picture and how the small picture relates to the bigger one.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign that you are strong enough to take criticism for what you have or have not done and being brave enough to encourage change with something you are dissatisfied with.

Listen to what people are telling you but don't take it too heart without thinking about it.

Hating requires energy that can be better used elsewhere.

Watch where you direct your anger.

Use what you do in your everyday life to make yourself a bit happier everyday.

Learn a way to enjoy the things that you do and you will be so much better at them and most of all, be happier with yourself.
