Labor Day 2009

We finally got to go camping this summer. It was our best trip yet. C2 woke up and said, "Mom, did anyone throw up last night?" I said, "no" and then he said, "yipeeeeee" and jumped around. It was very funny that even he knew our bad luck streak had broken. Here are a few pic. for you to enjoy:) As always they loaded in reverse order. I'll have to figure out how to change that, but for now you can just start at the bottom and then scroll up.

I want everone to know...

that I grew my own garlic and made a garlic braid this year. One of my goals that I actually accomplished:)

Summer pics.

Here we are going backward through the summer:)
C2's 1st day of Kindergarten. Notice the hair cut. His brother got one too but I don't have a pic of that yet.

I thought this artist was very good:) Note C1's arm.

Part of a family reunion that was in Brigham City.

Our Lagoon trip. Thanks Spillman.

At my Bro's house in DE

My sisters and mom outside Hersey Park.

Have you ever seen a real Red Brick Road. This one is in my home town.

My home building. Always will be:)

C1 loves Camp Invention.

C3's hair cut for her 3rd b-day:( Mom had a hard time with this but knows it is for the best.

Just thought I'd let you know that I found my camera.:)
Other things... I'm on the hunt for a Violin teacher again. Can't find C2's glasses. C3 thinks she should be in Kindergarten. The boys started soccer this week. We have about 4 weeks till C1 turns 8. This is a big time for him religiously and Boy Scouts will then start. Wow, I hope, as mom, I can keep up:) I'm enjoying the ride:)

July 4th

We had a good day and hope all of you did too.
The day started with mom taking the boys out for breakfast and then to the Home Depot Kids build. Then we got the boys new church shoes and a few other things for our up coming trip to WA. That evening we went to the Bees Game and then saw the fireworks afterward. The kids were good even though the game went 12 innings. C3 was a little scared of the fireworks but all in all I think we might be able to start enjoying things like this once in a while. I gives me hope to know that someday my DH and I could go to one of these games and actually watch it. I am also trying really hard to enjoy this time now because, according to everyone I know that is farther along the parenting path then I am, I will miss these times:)
