Waking up to dim sum breakfast is godly!

Seriously, I don mind eating dim sum every morning

The 3 seniors were our breakfast companions
And they were really friendly
Talking to us (mainly Ding Feng who helped us translate) about
what we can actually do in Hong Kong
And of cuz giving us directions to the hard-to-find Lao Po Bing

Plus the ^-^ smiley face at the end
And we realised they spell " Welcome " as " Wellcome "
Strange but.....I guess its just their uniqueness
Sights and sounds of Prince Edward street in the early afternoon
Actually by right we have already covered all the main attractions in HK
Besides Disneyland
Surprisingly, that's like 70-80% of completion
So we just decidedly to go around our neighbourhood
Check out what's going on in the area
And we actually found a market right smack in the centre
Cool stuff!
Fa Yuen Street aka 花园街
Which actually can link to Ladies Street
Of cuz its a long way though
The berms were cheap cheap cheap
And you can see LVs hanging by the side
Ups!
And we combed around 1-2 MTR stops for this!
Worth it seriously - " 恒香老婆饼 "
Freshly baked from the oven
Taste totally like heaven

Lunch was another dimension
Our favourite restaurant
Got transported and saw Buddha and God themselves
Totally attained Nirvana and enlightenment
Its like.......feeling hungry all over again!

Anyways
We have actually planned an itinerary for the day already
That is mostly touring the shopping belt of the HK Orchard Road
Something like the more atas shopping malls there
Which was mainly in the 尖沙咀 area

From the top of a particular shopping mall
We looked across and saw this
" New Vs. Old "
And we will NEVER EVER see this kind of scene in Spore
After some touring of the shopping place
Which was almost equivalent to shopping in Spore Orchard Road
With similar competitive prices
We decided to go catch Bruce Lee in the day
Went to Avenue Of Stars again
It was a very chillax place
Catch some photos of the Victoria Harbour in the day

Eat tasty grilled squid meat
And just basically blowing wind in the middle of the street
With all the nice benches and tables provided
Totally just like a very chilled out vacation
After which, it was time to move on to Temple Street aka 庙街
The so-called gangster place in olden HK
Whereby you see 陈浩南 and 山鸡 aka Ekin Cheng and 陈小春
Whipping out parangs
Hacking other clan members in 古惑仔 aka Young and Dangerous
Every guy in SG must have watched this show
Or should I say babies born in the 80s
Which is mainly my generation ppl, should know this like the back of their hand
Half-expecting some black lorries to pull up
And ppl jumping out in black tux
Holding on to baseball bats and other weapons
Then starting gang-fights and what not
The bread was cute
Plus it smell like the real deal
Wondering how do they do it seriously
MAX OUT local restaurant
It was packed to the brim!
A good introduction by the local aunties

Actually at Temple Street
There is a lot of such 堡仔饭 shops aka the claypot rice
On the main road that is
Where you see a lot of tourists eating there
And the hawkers aggressively promoting their respective stalls
We talked to a lady mending her store
(not the claypot rice ones)
And she mentioned that the best was actually the one that is not
the most commericalized and most aggressively marketed
It was a more low-profile shop at the back of Temple Street
And she was right!
Even though it was supposed to be " low-profile "
We still had to queue apparently
=.=
But it was worth it

The oyster omelette in Spore caused like $4-$5 bucks
For a miserable 4-5 oysters?
There, in the picture, is thrice the size
And caused $8 only!!!
Like WTF totally thrashed the ones here
Oysters were like free-flow and the omelette was crispy MAX!
We even saw fellow local Singaporeans there
You know a fellow dude/girl when they are carrying Crumpler
(got to be the most common brand for bags)
Damn obvious from Singapore
And speaking Mandarin instead of Cantonese makes it more obvious
Like the 3D pretty crystal displays a lot
Got some for the friends back in SG
And the uncle was like pointing to this sign
Which we obviously missed when we were lowered the price
The sign was like " Fixed Price. No bargaining "
But oh well, the uncle saw we were tourists, and of cuz DF work the Canto magic
And tada, prices were lowered eventually
Nice~!
There was the Little Red Book
Aka the Communist Book from Chairman Mao
Flipped through a few pages of it
And it was like broken English!
HAHAHA!

The Chinese was too chim for my standards
Maybe need a couple of hours to read, understand and digest

For some girls who think that it may be cool or what

With their different seasons, especially in autumn and winter

After walking around Temple Street
It was like quite late already
11+pm and we went to have dessert
LOL!
Quite unique the in-house most popular dish
Something called the Jing Za or what
Cant really know if I have pronounced it correctly
It was sweet and tasted quite good
But somehow, too nutty, dont like too much stuff in my dessert
Like photo-taking
Sometimes..... " Less is more; and simple is beautiful "
=)
And after yet another full last night in Hong Kong
We finally got back to the hotel and plonked down to sleep
And yes, the 3D crystals were really pretty!
Especially the cute Hello Kitty
