CNY Conclusion

Chinese New Year Conclusion!

Was reading the papers some time back then during CNY
Anyways "Newspaper = Civilisation" for me
If you deprive me of newspaper
I feel non-civilian or non-civilised

to encourage young couples to take their
first steps towards parenthood
"Maybe Baby" campaign is to encourage couples
to have more babies
The four—year—old organisation wants couples
aged 21 to 39 to talk about having kids.

Ok. I can start talking about having kids!

Nah! Doesnt anyone feel that there is a HUGE ambiguity
about this paragraph?
The organisation is to encourage couples to give birth
Due to the fact that PM Lee stresses that our birth rate for 2009
was an all-time low of (I think) 1.23
Then Chinese babies were only of 1.03
And the Maths sums up to Singapore lacking
in 10,000 babies for 2009!
Holy mama cow!

The first thought that came to mind was to IMPORT babies
HAHA! Ok that was bad!
But somehow I just had that immediate thought
Bad bad bad!!!

Anyways the ambiguity is that the organisation want
ppl to give birth
And the campaign is called "Maybe Baby"

MAYBE BABY?
As in maybe I would give birth to a baby
that kind of MAYBE BABY?!
So it doesnt matter if couples dont give birth right?
Cuz they are already together...
Then it's MAYBE BABY?!
So ya, you get what I'm saying?
Quite ambiguous from my point of view
But nonetheless a pinch of funniness within

Anw 初二 I went to my mom's side relatives' house
And yes its steamboat x3 then
Once during 除夕, the other one during 初一 and.....
Wala! The third on 初二
Freaking crazzzzzy steamboat
Nightmares~

And this time is was interesting
We watched HD DVD from an external harddisk on plasma TV
And I got to try out my first ever CLASS 2 ride!

Very bargainable price for a 2nd-hand bike

Anw my cousin is a F16 pilot in the RSAF
Pilots are up there right?
Ok apparentlyI think they have a lot of money
But somemore we soldiers on the land hor.....

And yes the white AGV helmet costs $250
That is more expensive than my OGK helmet which cost $200
And I thought mine was already QUITE expensive
And his plain-coloured helmet if it is coloured....
It will cost $500++
And that is crazy~!

Anyways for my first maiden ride outside the driving school
My cousin first showed me how to do tyre burnout
WOW! It was MAX COOL!
And tyre marks were left on the ground after the stunt

I first tried the pillion on the bike
And like what I have always imagine
It was a "vegetable bike" through and through
I had to hold on so tight to my cousin if not I would fly off
And yes the seat does force the pillion to be in
close contact with the rider
So ya, you know thats why its a "vegetable bike"
Somemore Honda's bike's seats are not so high-tilted like Suzuki/Yamaha
So.....Yamaha R1 FTW!!!

After the pillion I got to tried out the bike myself
Woooooooooooooots~~~!
55km/h at the multi-storey carpark
Tell me you even done 50 at a carpark before!!!
Awesome stuff!

The engine's roar was like music to the ears
Gets you all excited and pumped up
Not like those mud kupkia bikes
And the bike's throttle I only twist a bit and it hit 55 alr
Took only 1 to 1.5 or 2 second to reach from 1 end to the other
And I had to tap my brake already
But you can feel the bike's throttle haven even
twist fully for 1st gear!
That means it easily can hit 100+ for the 1st gear!!!
OWNAGE!

However for all the fun I had
(addicted to the ride that I went for a few rounds somemore)
And yes some uncle/auntie brging their family for CNY visiting thought we were some gangsters trying to make trouble in the carpark
Ok obviously we played the part well
And the bike's roar played the role too well
The sports bike is not a practical bike
For current age and stuff
I cant ride it to school next time for all the things I need to carry
And its way too bulky and petrol consuming
Yes it's a nice babe magnet bike but its not practical
Even the babe would feel so in the long run
=/

Haiz...
Next time then think about it
Buy a car then put the bike at home too
Wanna play then bring it out for a joy ride
Stick to old scooters and uncle bike for now

And yes one reason why you have to buy better helmets
For all the expensive prices that is jaw-dropping
My cousin told me becuz if you go riding at fast speed in Msia
Those cheapo helmets would have the visors ripped off
LOL!
Damn funny story he told

Next was one of the most off-the-charts moment of 2010 CNY
HAHA! Never use "off-the-charts" for quite some time already!

Difficult to keep focus on the number you are having
Like I'm saying it from my most honest opinion

The fact is....the numbers are really distracted by the primary background
I'm SERIOUS!

Sometimes I dont even know whether I got 21 or not

Need to count the numbers by hand as the last resort
HAHA!
And yes we resorted to memorising the FHM girls for their numbers
Like the aforementioned girls in the pictures are all #10 and above
Except for Jamie Teo (surprise surprise!)

So lets say I got Jamie Yeo and Steph Song
It will be BAN LUCK!
Hahahahaha!

Deborah Sim (didnt know she was called Deborah Sim until that day) and Denise Keller (yeeee!) would be BAN LUCK too!

Deb's Departure 2010

The travellator looks so intimidating...

Well Huijeen was supposed to look like an artist

Who graduate from some art school

She cant pull it off too

So I guess all birds of the same feather flock together
